I was really impressed with their service. I wasn't able to get an emergency appointment with my primary care doctor so I went to Sutter Urgent Care. The wait time was reasonable for a walk-in visit. They were very thorough including having a CT-Scan performed during my visit. The doctor followed up by calling me and providing me with the results of the CT-Scan. He also arranged for lab work and a referral to a specialist.

I was very sick when I arrived at urgent care . The entire staff was very compassionate and attentive even with a very full waiting room. I felt 100% confident in getting high quality care. Each person was very kind and helpful and listened . I left with a diagnosis and medication and less than 24 hrs later I’m already on the mend . I really appreciated the personalized care. Walked right in. No appointment. Waited maybe 15 minutes to see a PA. He was quick, thorough, understood my injury and had me on the mend in about 15 minutes. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Good to know there is an alternative to booking an appointment days ahead with my physician.

I have been to this urgent care a few times for myself and toddler daughter. I have not had any negative experiences and feel I’m always seen quickly and my issues are addressed. I went on Monday and had never met Dr. Michael Blanchard before but wanted to share here that he was a very warm and empathetic provider. I came down with a respiratory infection after a loss I experienced last week of someone I love very much, and the stress pretty clearly knocked my immune system out. Not only was Dr. Blanchard very professional and kind, he explained in layman’s terms regarding his diagnosis and medications and when to return if needed and returned to the room very soon after to give me my doctors note for work himself and walked me to the door to exit. It was only a few steps away from the exam room, but the extra thought was something I really appreciated. I’m a healthcare worker and it was really wonderful to feel like the staff cared, because even one negative interaction can stick with you especially when you’re not feeling well along with experiencing a loss. I was feeling particularly unwell and also very sad after my loss of a beloved family member. All the staff I interacted with that day made my day more comforting then before I walked in, from the intake staff member to Dr Blanchard. It was so wonderful that no one was rude or rushed. We’ve all experienced situations where a person was rude or rushing you when you’re already having a difficult day or not feeling well. Thank you to Dr Blanchard for how patient centered and educational you were while remaining kind and empathetic. I really appreciate it, and told my family about how kind you were and how it will stick with me after how difficult my week has been. Thank you to the staff as well.

I love this Urgent care because they have helped my daughter (she is always getting sick with tummy issues). One time Dr. Matthew Hayes (which at the time was a practitioner not sure if he futher his status) did an amazing job with my kiddo. But the rating isn't about him. This rating is for Sima Rad. I am not sure what her status is but she was terrible. A year ago, I took my daughter in because she just kept getting sick. After a few days, she started to get a little bit bitter then she started it up again. Holding nothing down. We knew she was dehydrated. When we took her in, the doctor already seemed annoyed and kept dodging our concerns. She immediately did a strep throat test. We have never heard of tummy issues with strep. The entire time, she was rude. My husband left because he was going to say something. If he had stayed, it wouldn't been nice. When the doc came back, my daughter tested positive for strep. Honestly, I was shocked and dumb founded because, like i said before, never have I heard of strep causing tummy aches. Eventually, after the news was given Sima IMMEDIATELY started getting defensive and told me I can go somewhere else for a diagnosis. They will give me the same answer. I was super shocked about how she was being and she said something that absolutely upset me (its been a year. Im not sure what was said other than she was going to cancel my appointment) and I stormed out of urgent care. After I left that room, I yelled at the other staff saying how unfit of a doctor she was (I shouldn't have done that but it seemed like it didn't phase any of the staff like they knew this doctor is troubled) it was none of the staffs fault on how this doctor acted. Later, I get my daughters end-of-care notes from online. She didn't even mention the whole story. Of course, she didn't explain her behavior in all if this. Til this day, if I go into that Urgent Care, I don't ask for that doctor. Even though this was a year ago, I really hope she has changed her ways as a doctor or whatever she is. A sense of common curiosity and empathy would do her some good ESPECIALLY when it comes to the parents of a child. Listen to our concerns. Don't belittle or manipulate us.

Other than that experience, I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I would give them 4 stars for sure.

The nurse Jaclyn was amazing. She got me hooked up for IV fluids easily. She checked on me often. Dr. Patwell is very caring and thoughtful. He makes things easy to understand. I was very impressed with my care.

Got there at 825 with 2 people in line ahead of me. Got registered 12 minutes later (pretty slow). Put in a waiting room and waiting like 10 minutes. That's good time wise. Got taken back to the room and vitals done by about 855. At 939 I had to leave the room to see if I was forgotten about. The nurse was nice. About another 10 minutes and the doc came in. Overall treatment was great but check in clerk is crazy slow and wait time in room was too long. Doctor treatment was very solid though.

I fell yesterday and bruised my face and wrist rather badly. In fact, I look like I've been in a prize fight. Sutter Urgent Care was wonderful and caring. I received prompt, excellent care, diagnostic tests, and excellent advice promptly from a wonderful doctor and her assisting team. I highly recommend them for sudden illnesses and unexpected events like mine.
