I got through to Urgent Care Westside by phone with minimal waiting. They gave me clear guidance on next steps. There was no wait when I arrived at the location. I was seen quickly and received excellent care and ample time from the doctor. The desk staff, and those providing the care were all kind, professional, light hearted, calming, and effective.

After a month of wearying travel, I was distressed to have a stye appear upon my eyelid. Upon giving my information to PAMF’s Westside urgent care, I was ushered into exam room within minutes. Nurse Sarah was efficient and charming in gathering my pertinent stats. Shortly thereafter, Dr Jill Lauren entered. She confirmed my meds, how frequently I was using warm compresses, etc. After discussing what antibiotics could and couldn’t do, she reiterated what had been covered, the plan going forward. In short, my visit couldn’t have been more successful or pleasant. I’m so grateful to have such excellent care available within our community.

I had an embedded tick that I was not able to fully extract on my own. Urgent Care at Sutter Health, Mission Street, Santa Cruz was a great help. They saw me without an appointment. Staff were exceptionally supportive. They gave me the care I needed, showed sincere and thoughtful concern, and offered excellent and clear counsel on what to do over the few days of recovery ahead. I am so impressed!

The facility was spotless, the front desk people were great and efficient, the nurse and assistant were super nice, the Physician was very attentive, kind and took all the time needed to answer all my questions. Wait time was minimal. I don't go to urgent care often, but was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went.

The staff was so nice, the building and rooms were clean, there was a clean stocked restroom with a changing table, and the doctor was nice too. It was empty and we waited 2.5-3 hours, which is normal for urgent care without an appointment. Then the prescription was sent under the wrong name so we spent all afternoon and evening trying to figure out what was going on. The sutter experience felt very transactional and not like a place that wants to help.

Erica Brown was such a wonderful practicianer, who listened well and related to me on a humanistic level. Her advice was well received and following her instructions, I felt much better over the next 24 hours. I feel I received the best possible care. She was well informed and treated me with respect.

Leila Kramer PA is a great practitioner. Very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. She was my provider for an urgent care issue in August. And I was so happy when she walked into the room for my recent visit. She is the best!!
