This walk-in clinic is perfect for urgent, non-emergency care. It is staffed with excellent doctors, offers imaging and radiology reports in the same visit, and is my go-to solution for urgent medical problems. They take most insurance plans, and the cost is very reasonable, depending on your plan. Sometimes there is a wait, but many times I have been seen within five minutes of arrival! I have used this facility at least ten times in the past several years as it offers same-day care (when getting an appointment with my PCP can take any number of days). I highly recommend Sutter Urgent Care located at 3883 Airway Dr. in Santa Rosa

When I presented my case to the girl at the front desk, I was immediately seen by a nurse however they were unable to proceed with helping me and sent me to the emergency room. Because my problem was chest pain they felt unequipped to continue helping me however, all I ended up needing was some diagnostic testing to tell me that nothing was wrong, and I chose this location because of the radiology department nearby, hoping that we could quickly resolve the issue, however it ended up that I spent the entire day in the emergency room where I didn’t really need to be taking up space. I would have appreciated if this urgent care could have entertained trying to assist me further before sending me away.

The staff and doctors here are absolutely wonderful. They are thorough, knowledgeable and listen. This time was a long wait due to many more sick patients. I come prepared. My primary doctor is unavailable so I know I’ll be taken very good care of by the staff here.👍👍👍👍👍Thank you all…

After a less than favorable experience with a nurse practitioner at my doctors office, I went to urgent care for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. Shawn Franklin, MD may be the best experience I’ve had with a doctor in my life. He was warm, took the time to understand what was going on, and was able to immediately diagnose the problem and set up a treatment plan. This was a first class experience and and I highly recommend this location and him specifically as a doctor. Sutter is lucky to have him!!

I had a cut/scratch on my ear. I had not healed in 6 -8 weeks. I walked in to Urgent Care. I did not wait and the polite and helpful woman at the desk checked me in. I waited about 10-15 minutes and another person came and took me to a room where she took "vitals." She was friendly and engaging. About 5 minutes later the Dr. came in, and asked me some pertinent questions , did a quick study of my "issue'" and identified the problem: friendly but efficient -the best! He told me about the Rx he was ordering and made sure I understood their use. It was all very clear! 5 min later another person came with a print -out that included all the information we had discussed. All of this took 30 to 40 minutes, which is just GREAT. I was extremely pleased with the care I received. Even though it was very crowded the staff was patient and took time to address my concerns and take care of my radial fracture. Once they diagnosed my fracture it was taken care of quickly and expertly. Thank you for Urgent Care.

Probably one of the best experiences I've had at an Urgent Care/ER/Doctor's office. They got me in right away on a walk-up visit into the exam room and the attending Doctor was there before they finished taking my vitals. Super efficient and very respectful great knowledge and they made sure I understood everything before they discharged me. Highly recommend

The overall care I received from staff was very good. The main concern I have is the amount of time spent to receive my care.

I arrived at 11:45am and left at 3:45pm. I was placed in a treatment room after waiting in the lobby for over an hour. I spent over an hour in the treatment room after having my vitals taken. I was quite uncomfortable due to my pain, and during this time no staff members stopped to check on my status. Once the doctor did meet with me the amount of time for actual treatment was quicker.

This extensive waiting time occurs on a regular basis. This is evident by the posted waiting time sign in the front lobby, which is usually posted as 2 hours. On my day of treatment it was posted as a 1:45 hours wait time.

I don’t believe my survey is probably the first to deal with this concern. Hopefully my survey is helpful in improving the amount wait time for patients in the future.
