I arrived at 1 pm and left at 9 pm. At 7 I asked the triage nurse if I had gotten taken off the board, she said no I should still be on the board, but she didn't check. I asked her at 9 pm why I still haven't gotten talked to bc everyone else that was there when I arrived had been discharged. She looked at her computer and apparently someone discharged me at 645 with a note saying that I was spoken to by a doctor, but I told them to check the cameras because I was never spoken to after my ultrasound. I was told my ultrasound results would be back in 45 minutes to an hour. I didn't get my discharge paperwork until after nine because of someone falsely discharging me and so I sat for an extra three hours for no reason. I would've gone to urgent care but my pain was so bad that I needed an ultrasound, but I couldn't even get basic care and my imaging apt wasn't for a few more days. How could I trust a facility like this after all of that?

I had an EXCELLENT experience for my hip replacement from the Receptionist to my nurse who took care of me.Everyone was so compassionate and made me feel so calm.
I would recommend the Sutter Surgical Hospital in Yuba City to everyone.

I cannot praise the staff enough! The surgeons, nurses, xray and lab techs, admins, and entire support staff were all top notch and every single one of them make you feel truly cared for. They all were kind and seemed to actually enjoy working there. The facility itself is equally great, with large private rooms. Also the quietest hospital stay, which is unheard of. Surgery recoveries are never comfortable, but the team here really did make it far more comfortable experience than expected.

From the nurse that greeted me in pre-op to the staff that cared for me in post-op it was an all around wonderful experience! I stayed 3 days and 2 nights and felt more like I was staying in a nice hotel with an excellent nursing staff. The food was great and the dietary staff was so friendly. Thank you to everyone at Sutter Surgical for the best experience I’ve had and after 6 abdominal surgeries that is saying a lot! You all were great, especially Sandy my night nurse and Chrysty my day nurse - thank you!

Wow. This is a first! I had hand surgery 4 days ago and was I impressed? YES! Clean, neat, no massive lines or people in the waiting room being all weird. Looked like a hotel lobby. Pleasant staff, great doctors. Then...today I get a very nice Get Well letter from them...with A LOT of signatures from everyone that worked there wishing me a speedy recovery. I WISH WISH WISH it was an emergency hospital but alas....they only do surgeries and not ER. But I can tell you one thing...I will not ever go to Rideout for another surgery if I have to have one. I will want to go here. To Sutter Surgical. They were and are AWESOME!!

I and my Girlfriend both had SI Joint Fusion surgery here. Everything was 8/10. The facility is way better than any hospital I've been to. Better than DieOut. This place is only for surgeries that require a night or two recovery where pain control is needed. The private rooms are very nice and CLEAN. The food is very very good. Dinner each night is better than many restaurants. The quality of care simply depends on the Nurse you get and how clear your doctor's orders are. During our individual stays we did encounter one Nurse who was very very slow to get what you need. A bit of an attitude to go with the slowness. A family member found her "flirting" with one of the male staff. Not cool. The other nursesOverall its my 1st choice to have "minor" surgery that requires pain control for 1-2 days.

This place is awesome. I never had a major surgery before, had a hysterectomy on June 23,12017. It has been 17years since I had my last
kid so this was a big deal deal to me. Stayed 2 nights in room 212. I had the best care, staff and heck the food was good too. Everybody was patient and understanding to my needs. Nurses station were polite when answering my buzzer and coming as soon as they could. The food order takers were super nice and we had options on items. The housekeeper gal was so nice checking on things and asking if there was anything I needed. I really like to thank Todd, Joel and Lisa my main Nurses. They understood if anything was awkward for me they accommodated me with respect and weren't offended. They all took the time to listen to me even if I rambled because I was bored. 😉 I didn't need much pain meds but they always checked to make sure. THANK YOU GUYS all so much. If you read this and know who was on duty that those days this is for you too. p.s. I just got a letter from them with all their signatures wishing me a great recovery.
