I had my last baby at this hospital and I had a good experience. The nurses were all wonderful, and when they switched shifts. They told the next nurse what what going on and what was needing to happen next.
A few weeks later I went back for a scheduled gallbladder removal surgery and I had a great experience with that as well! It was my first surgery, but the technician that brought me back, and the other nurses who needed to prep me were great. Bedside manner was excellent. The technician, Debbie, was extra great because she went and got me a breast pump to pump before my surgery, as I am breastfeeding my newborn. She also brought me extra storage bottles, and I got to take all of thise supplies home.
The protocol for your items is very thorough, which is great. They label everything with your name and barcode that is the same on your hospital ID.
My surgeon was Dr London and everyone said he is one of the best.
My post surgery nurse sat with me until I woke up and stayed with me until I was awake enough to be brought back to the discharge area.
Discharge was great, and I got back all my items fine, including my breastmilk.
A few days after my surgery, I even got a card in the mail from the nurses for my recovery which I thought was a sweet touch.

Penelope was an amazing nurse, the anesthesiologist was amazing too. The whole staff that I encountered was super down to earth and helped take some of my anxiety away. Dr Benscoter is a great surgeon. I had an all around d good experience there!

For my back pain epidural steroid injections I had Dr Sheth and my anesthesiologist was Dr. McCall. Both deserve five star ratings. They were compassionate, caring, and did a great job relieving my pain. My pre-op nurse, my operating room nurse, and my post op nurse, we’re all wonderful folks who did their very best to keep me relaxed and prepping me for the procedure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is having outpatient surgery. The staff is wonderful.
