Called for an estimate for an iron infusion. The appointment is 3 hours long but the infusion is only 1 hour. Based on the CPT code that charges per hour, I would be paying $800 for two hours that I’m not getting an infusion. Cancelled my appointment.

Top notch care, staff were all welcoming, calming and attentive. Genevieve made the IV virtually painless and was so sweet and caring. Recling chairs, toasty warm blankets, pillows and personal TV available during your treatment as well. You can bring one support person that must be over 18. The ONLY negative is that parking is a nightmare so plan to spend about 20-30 minutes finding a spot until construction of the newest parking garage is completed.

Worst service. I took my wife for Penicillin shot since Dr suggested to put it for safer side. They did not run my insurance and informed us out of pocket cost nor the total cost for service. We didn’t know that this service gonna cost $2500. It was our first time and shocked to see the bill amount. Finally ended up paying $1180 as out of pocket cost. The medical system is full of scammers and money looter’s.

I highly recommend George. He is so polite to everyone and helps me keep calm during my Chemo treatment. He is loved by all. Last year he was awarded "Employee of the year".

I have been getting IV therapy at the infusion center for 3 weeks now. The nurses there are rock stars. They make me feel comfortable and relaxed. You could not ask for a better group of nurses. The CNA's like to scold me when my BP is high because they know i love my pepsi. George is so awesome and funny and Irina is such a sweetheart. I was scared to death when I first started but everyone calmed me down.
