Rude operator
Trying to get order faxed from UCD
They received fax
Operator said order wasn't correct
Or signed.
I'm not a medical professional to understand what was incorrect with order
Operator said there protocol was ,if they faxed 3 times they will no longer help or call

The staff is wonderful, but the facility could use improvement. There is little privacy for patients as there are no walls/dividers of any kind between them. There are curtains, but they are only used if someone needs to disrobe. You can pretty well see everything that's happening with everyone else, which can be a little stressful sometimes.

If I could rate negative stars I would. Rude, condescending nurses. My wife has medical ptsd, and needs special care. Even after explaining her history and situation to these so-called nurses, instead of handling her with care and compassion, they seemed to go out of their way to trigger her. We won't go back.

Last Year in February 2023, I started, Chemo Treatment.. I had a Great experience with the nurses and staff.. I will be Starting, Chemo, again in February 2024 & looking forward to having another, Great experience..

The best Nurses around. My wife and I just love them! Took wonderful care of me and fun to be around. What ever their pay now double it because they are worth every penny.
