I just tried to pick up a FMLA form that was submitted during an appointment on 2/3/25. My doctor stated that "this will be ready on Friday". That date is gone and I am still trying to pick up the form.

Have not been receiving the best care lately. I’ve been in and out of the doctors the last couple
Months and it’s exhausting.. so when my throat started hurting, I waited a week before I went in. I made an appointment online. I was in the lobby for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, so I asked how much longer and they told me it would be another 30 minutes. I had to reschedule my appointment for two days later and was charged a copay for both visits. When I saw the doctor, he only tested me for strep throat. I told him I had no other symptoms but my throat is really sore and my tonsils are swollen. He was very nice but he barely looked at my throat at all. He sent me antibiotics and told me if I don’t finish them properly I’ll get some kind of heart disease So now I’m taking a 10 day course of antibiotics for no reason, my throat is still sore and I can’t swallow, and I’m out $50 in copays for no reason. I just don’t see why he couldn’t test for other things and only tested me for strep.

I'm really frustrated with this place. They set up appointments they don't keep. I really don't appreciate how they been acting. As if it's my fault they are 2 hrs late or if they show up at all. They have flaked off my dad 3 times. Which means he is not getting the care he is supposed to. They set the appointments .They are not acting professional at all. They don't even bother to message or call to say they are going to be late. One of them lied and said they were at my front gate. I looked outside, there was nobody there. So I called them on it. That's when they would act like they showed up but they never did. If they did just to make it look like they are doing there job. Just by pulling up in front of the house. Then they drive off saying well they tried . That's a crock. If you can't handle your case load then don't schedule so many in one day .
