Typically, i don’t leave reviews for places. This ER is always incredibly busy, and usually the staff doesn’t have much time for people. But a specific nurse in the ER named Gary made the experience so calm. Naturally i was very nervous, and he took his time even though he was also quick and running patient to patient, to explain everything to me, and make sure i was alright. Man deserves a raise.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a girl who was dealing with a rude patient/ visitor. The front desk handled everything so well and worked as quickly as possible to get everyone taken care of.
I received the best care from nurse Jaime and Dr. Ohtani. Dr. Megan and the intern were also great.

Do not go here if you value your life. This place is unsanitary, unsafe and understaffed. I was there for 5 1/2 hours and witnessed complete chaos and disorganization. Nobody was running the show. All of the nurses and doctors were running around disorganized. It was a nightmare.

Great experience last night in the Emergency Room. Had to bring my daughter in for stitches and because of the timing and the storm I chose this place. It was VERY crowded but Isaiah the ER tech got us checked in quickly and we were waiting a while but once we saw the triage nurse, it moved quickly. Jason, a physician assistant was fast, friendly and did an excellent job. Even though it was very busy, the entire department was well run and it moved smoothly. Every person was great. I don’t want to have to go to an ER, but I would return here.

Went to ER with excruciating kidney stone (renal crisis). They gave me a narcotic pill that reduced pain for 1h, but it took them another 3h to call me in and initiate IV medication. Total of 4h waiting, from which 3h I was with strong pain in the waiting room. They gave me morphine and 2h hours later kick me out. I collected urine and blood, but they did not label my urine sample that stayed there in reception for several hours. Then I needed to take another sample with proper label. No CT scan, no US, I don’t know the size, shape or location of the stone. Left the ER with pain. For the delay in treating me, for letting me go with pain and for not investigating the issue, I give them 1 star.

So I was in the hospital for diverticulitis
And severe pain after getting treated with antibiotics, I developed a new pain in a new area blood samples came back, showing high elevated white blood cells. That being said, the doctor did not further treat me or give me any test or even look at my blood panel I know this because he said oh I didn’t look at it and discharged me when he discharge me he said I had drug like seeking behavior who does not seek pain meds when they are in severe pain on level one it is the worst for I’ve ever been on the worst treatment the level of neglect kind of feels like an asylum . The G.I. doctor that I spoke to was trying to tell me what was going on with my colon. He said that he seen diverticulitis but he didn’t see anything else. I told him how I was feeling and his exact words was I don’t care how you feel he was upset and being Also, rude I left and was discharged without treatment for new pain that was developed after having blood test show a change in complication I would really like to speak to somebody or if anybody knows who you speak to to do something about this this is not the way people should be treated and people should get the treatment they deserve .

I don't know why this place is only 2.8 stars, but I've had two experiences. First when my daughter was born, second was today. Both times the staff were professional, friendly, and upbeat. I could hear that the staff was having a rough morning today, and fully expected them to be frustrated and short with me. Instead what I received was a team of people who were legitimately concerned about my well being. They were patient, and made sure my questions were answered.

It's never a pleasent experience going to the ER, but these people were incredible. Thank you!

I don’t normally write reviews. Today I went to Sutter Delta emergency center. My ankle was very swollen and sore. Just turned out to be a sprain. Wanted to say everyone was just great and professional. Ariella was super nice and very cool. Made me feel a bit better with health anxiety. Thank you.
