Had a great experience as always at the North Port Fl Store this time Mahnon was my Bud tender it was first thing in the morning and they had work being done in the store that was unexpected she did not lose her cool and patiently waited on me even offering me the special of the day since I was there and already had my order online placed with 1/2 the special of the day. So impressed with her and the manager will always refer new customers to this store because they are the best at what they do!!! And the specials are unbelievable!!

I had not been back to your dispensary for quite some time, and they quickly and easily brought me up to speed on all of your new offerings, and helped me make some great selections. Thank you Woody and Surterra’s excellent staff for the outstanding job you do. Excellent service and always ready to answer any questions you might have. Having cancer 2x with all side effects from 1. chemo and radiation to 2. partial lung excision, they always have a compassionate ear and will help you with your needs.

Absolutely love the North Port location. Chris, especially but all staff members there are phenomenally helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Surterra Wellness is the only medical dispensary I’d recommend to a friend. If you are in the North Port area I highly suggest stopping by. All sorts of discounts and long time customer benefits.

Not sure what happened to the North Port store. Surterra was North Ports OG.

Used to be a great place.

Now bait and switch is their main sales technique. They lie on their menu and when you get there they try to sell you something else. So my order keeps saying preparing, so I called after 3 hours to ask what was going on. They 800 number said, just drive to the store and I'm sure they would give it to you. I asked the 800 number how do I know they have it? I don't drive and I need to have someone drive me or pay for someone to drive me. I get there and of course they don't have it. And then they try to sell me something else. Bait and switch, Surterras business model.

North Port Surterra is now a sad place 😢.

Glad there are three other places within a mile stretch.
