This dispensary sucks. Literally go anywhere else, there’s like 15 other dispensaries within 10 minutes of here anyway. Staff is rude and inept, and their product quality is simply subpar, DO NOT TRUST their potency percentages.

Bought a couple carts a couple days ago. Decent flavor but one cart malfunctioned and leaked into my battery and ruined it. The cart is empty. So basically I’m out almost $50. Hopefully someone can make this right.

What a great experience! The staff was super knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to walk us through all the different options. They also have a drivethru! So... You order online, show your ID and pick it up and go. AMAZING!!!

All the products were great and felt really medicinal some of the other dispensary’s feel more of a high then getting medicated if that makes sense, I appreciate the help by staff and the products that helped a lot

I'm a former Trulieve customer and I thank God I was smart enough to switch to Surterra. Trulieve was a nightmare. I usually place my order before the store opens in the morning. Less than 2 hours after placing my order, I am notified my order is ready. Go to pick up and usually there is no wait. Longest I've waited is maybe 5 minutes ever. Staff are very nice and helpful. Love it! Thank you to the staff for being so awesome!
