Even though at first it was a little frustrating because they only have one check in lady and a room full of people, she tried to get everyone checked in as soon as possible. My appointment was to get there at 8:45 and was not called until around 10:20. I waited in the pre op for around 30 minutes until my assigned nurse prepped me and was taken in for my procedure. I was awaken by a very funny nurse. I didn't get her name but she was great. Took me down in a wheel chair and my ride wasn't there yet, so she brought me back up and then another nurse offered to take me down when my ride got there. Great team of very hard working nurses and anesthesiologist. I appreciate your hard work, they were non stop working with all patients and very caring.

My husband had knee surgery with Dr. Bridges and our experience was amazing. From the check in staff to the nurses and staff in the preop area they were all absolutely amazing . They were all very kind and very attentive. We left very pleased with the staff. Thank you to everyone

What an absolutely stellar staff. From the moment i arrived at 6 am for my surgery the check in the lady who checked me in took her time to explain everything to me and was very sweet. The two check in nurses that did all the prep work for my surgery were equal kind and compassionate which i greatly thank them for. The anesthesiologist was also great and reviewed everything to expect after surgery. She was very professional and also, kind (i know i keep saying that). So my surgery was delayed about 30 min and the surgical nurse and anesthesiologist sat and spoke with me to help ease my anxiety. I’m thankful for the type of staff that does not rush procedures just for the sake of being on time while sacrificing patient care. I know it’s a tough thing to balance and as a doctor i know the more complicated the surgeries the more complications that can arise. It’s not easy when you’re hungry and already anxious about your own surgery. I’m so thankful and appreciative of the staff and I’m glad i chose to have my procedure done there. I wish i had remembered everyone’s name to mention them all.

My appointment was scheduled for 7:45am and it's already 11am and the exam hasn't been done yet! It's an endoscopy and my daughter continues to fast for hours, and she is very ill with pain from not eating for so long! disrespectful to the schedule! I have other commitments and we have been stuck here for over 4 hours for a 30 minute procedure!

This was my second visit to this facility. My limited vocabulary really doesn't do justice in explaining how wonderful everyone is. From check in to surgery and recovery. This is how loving what you do looks. The level of care is unmatched. Imagine if everyone that is sick gets this care. You would get better so fast!!!! Or stay sick to continue getting the best care ever. Lol! Simply amazing facility!!!!!!!!!!!!
