I wanted to give this store another try and was totally disappointed. I've been in the store in the past, and there was zero customer service. Today, I stopped by thinking I'd receive some assistance picking out a certain supplement that my Dr recommended. There were 2 employees in the store and no customers. It was just me. No one greeted me when I walked in. I stood there patiently waiting for some assistance. I was extremely overwhelmed by all the options and already had anxiety from my Drs appointment. I waited long enough and decided to leave and spend my money somewhere else. After getting in my car, I noticed the man who worked there decided to step outside. To late sir, money left the building. Feeling overwhelmed, I wiped my tears as I drove off. As a multiple business owner myself, customer service goes a long way! You never know what someone is going through or what kind of day they are having. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this is not the first time I've been to this store and felt unwelcome. I leave this review so maybe they can improve on their short comings.

What a wonderful health food store!!!

My friend and I stopped by to just check it out. We weren't really planning on buying anything until we saw their loose teas and herbs section. They had about everything! And their prices are amazing! I got 3 different types of teas, about an ounce each and it cost me a little over $3. Mind you, ALL their stuff is organic. I will definitely be back to purchase more stuff! Highly recommend! 😊

Incredibly knowledgeable staff on a wide range of all natural and homeopathic products. They also carry bulk products which is a great option if you are looking for 0 waste shopping. This location also offers personalized detox and health screenings as well as massage therapy. Once a month they have a customer appreciation day where you can enter in for raffles, get discounts on certain products, and in some cases meet the individuals who make some of their all natural handcrafted products in person. This is my go to place for Betty's naturals soaps, shampoo bars, and hair conditioner.

I appreciate the fact that then people in this store understand holistic remedies enough to not needlessly fear a new coronavirus. I also appreciate that they don't force their patrons to wear masks and impose on people's freedoms. Also wonderful products always something new lots of keto and gluten free. Very knowledgeable people.

I have been going to sunshine health food store for Well over 30 years. I was so happy to see that they made it easy for me to get things I needed without being exposed to people. I have several auto immune diseases and so I have to be extra careful about my exposure. I called them on the phone, they got my order together and they brought it outside. What more can you ask for? And they did it with a smile

I love this little store. I usually stop there at least once a week for my healthy snack. I get their smartcake muffins and dessert cakes. The vegan chocolate chip cookies are wonderful, too. Tiffany is especially helpful if I have any questions. Great job you guys!!

Very informative , have always answered all my questions with excellent suggestions. There's one product I get faithfully , have also had my Sons try it, now they like it so I send some to them as well and it's very popular , so once I start getting low, or either of them are, I call to see if they have it in and they will hold it for me, if they don't have it, they will call when it comes in and put it aside for me. Very friendly and helped me a lot with understanding what I need to take for my weak immune system. Can't say enough about them! A nice atmosphere and family business!
