I shouldve known before by the reviews their service was horrible. I called to schedule a new patient appointment for a womens exam, I have tricare I told the agent on the line my info, She never said I needed a referral. I get to my appointment, and I need a referral to be seen by the obgyn in the same office. So they cancel my womens exam to get me a referral instead. Then I get the referral and ended up pregnant a few weeks later. Trying to get a referral was hell. Im out of town, I had lab work done and sent to them as requested for a referral, but no one would write it. As if I wasnt speaking in English to them, no one knew what the hell I was talking about or the referral Ive been calling for 2 weeks to get. The ONLY person who made it happen after almost 3 weeks was Samantha in Pediatrics. So thank you, to her only.

My first and last appointment with them...Terrible! They made me wait for almost 30 minutes to see the doctor, who spent less than 10 minutes with me. Now I have a bill for $200 for ‘their services’, as ‘office o/p new low 30-44 min’. I just talked with the doctor for less than 10 minutes and the attention wasn't the best, I had pain in my jaw which he just gave me a prescription, so I was the one who suggested a X-Ray for myself, I could tell that he was in a hurry. Plus, they are charging for a survey about my mental health as ‘brief emotional/behav assmt’, which was a few questions on a paper that the CNA gave to me. I am pregnant, and I had to throw away $200 that I could use for my food or supplements just because they weren’t clear that waiting and answering questions is going to cost money in their center. Be careful, don't use this center, try find ways like telemedicine trough your insurance, is cheaper, you can do it from home and at least they'll tell you upfront how much you will pay. I won't make the same mistake twice. I really hope that they won't send me more bills.

I am a new patient, when I made my appointment I was told my appointment time was 7:40, I got here early to fill out the paperwork, when I asked at 8 am how much longer it would be as I have been waiting 20 minutes, I was told your appointment is actually at 8:30, 7:40 was your check in time, so it takes 45 minutes or more to check someone in, here I sit still waiting at 8:40. This is unacceptable and I am already looking for a new provider. After the wait, the dr gave me the wrong medication and I almost ended up in the hospital

The security here is simply awful. They're always on their phones, drove by Tuesday and saw the officer laying on the bench with his feet up outside nose in phone. When I visited, I walked in and out of the clinic to get something from my car and upon returning to the clinic, the officer started questioning me on if I have covid symptoms. I told him I already went in and out so why is he asking me these questions now?

Not coming back. Super unprofessional and if something happens inside, I don't feel safe with that security there.

My experience here at Sunset Health is very upsetting to say the least. The Docter. Jose Vega is the Doctor assigned to my brother.
My brother has had a serious stroke and is inconvenient
This has had alot of stress on my wife and I. So the doctor told me oh don't worry and just pour your wife a glass of wine !
This isn't funny , he has never examined m u brother . Mea while nothing is being done no answers no follow up appointment nothing.
Dose this seem fair ? Just saying
Oh and Dr Vega is like chief doctor ..... Really

I’d give no stars if I could. My son has a bad ear infection, to the point he was crying all night. We were told we could walk in between 1:00-4:00 pm. My wife took him at 1:30 pm. She was told they wouldn’t see him because he has a cough. EVERYONE has a cough right now, the weather changes affect everyone differently. So now he’s being sent home without any medicine or without even seeing his doctor. The pandemic is over people. Quit living in fear. We will not be returning to this place. Unacceptable practice in my opinion. Do not take your kids here!!!

Don’t really like the doctors here. Went for a specific reason didn’t really bother to check really good. And the wait to see the doctor sometimes is horrible. ‍♀️
