Sept 2020 - Sunrise charge me for hospital bed including delivery charge totaling $600 as part of Medicare for my disabled dad
Aug 2021 - I returned the bed but Sunrise did not update Medicare on the return.
2023 - I ordered another bed with different supplier which did not charge me for the bed or delivery

The 1 star is for
1. overcharging $600 when the new supplier informed me that this should have ben $0 via Medicare
2. Not updating Medicare on the return which delayed the new supplier to provide the new bed. I called Sunrise and they refused to update Medicare on the return while the new supplier help me work with Medicare on this process.
