Wait time 1 hour 37 minutes! ....with an appoitment.
Last time we were late 7 minutes, and they told me my child cannot see the dentist because they took somebody else.
The calling center is a joke! they place you on hold for 40 min, and the call disconect after that. Not once or twice, but for 5 times.
You pay in full, place claim with the insurance, and than you wait 3 months(YES 3 MONTHS) for Hello Smile to reimburse your check.

The experience here was great. My little guy is 2 and this was his 1st dental visit. I know I'm late to the game... The staff is wonderful here. They made my little guy feel very relaxed. I learned alot and no one made me feel guilty that this was the first time I had taken him. The whole visit took 20 mins. I would highly recommend this place.

Terribly long wait times for no reason. Inefficient front desk people, but the dental hygenists and the dentists are super nice people and they are very thorough and care about patients. Long wait times on the phone.

I've been try to scheduled an appointment for more than a week and no one picks the phone up just the answering machine after been on the phone for more that 30 mins. What a service they are providing.
