They were all wonderful over there!! Dr. Thrasher was super nice and professional. Was able to get my 1st class medical without any problems! Thank the Lord. It was my first time getting one so I’m happy I got such nice people. Highly recommend going there for any of your needs!

I see that a lot of these reviews are pretty old. I think whoever was not professional in the front of the house no longer works there. I had a DOT Physical there today and everyone was very professional and helpful. The front of the house was kind and professional along with the nurse and doctor that performed my physical. I had no issues and I was treated like a patient, not a paycheck. I will definitely go back to this place for my renewal.

This place is a joke. They say they are open until 4:30 pm but if you show up just before 4 they are closed and won't let you in. Find somewhere else to go if you don't want your time wasted.

As someone who is a young adult, I've been to friendlier clinics. None of the front desk speaks spanish. My mother tried to talk to them and they were rude which was disrespectful so I stepped in. If your going to work at a job, at least make your customers feel at home and have clients that speak more than one language. I was treated at the clinic recently and I didn't like that I also felt rushed. Almost like they didn't want me there and were trying to get me out. I don't know if it's because I'm young and they see alot of older people but that doesn't give them that right. The fact that I had the thought of not wanting to go back and I had to go twice. If your going to take your child there, I want you to know that they only cover injuries and a quick check up. If that's what your looking for, well there you go. I suggest go and see your actual doctor if you have in debt questions.
If you really had to take something from my review, there level of customer service isn't that great.

I had to go here for a drug test as part of a job requirement. I thought it wouldn't be that long...but I was totally WRONG. The wait time was ridiculous given there wasn't that many patients. The receptionists were completely rude for absolutely no reason. I mean take a sip of coffee and smile. If their staff cant handle a small amount of patients they should not be working there.

Got treated for a minor work injury. Dr. Clark and the radiologist were fantastic.

I was feeling much better, so I called at 7:30 am the morning of my 8:50 am appointment to get the results of my x-rays and to find out if I still need to come in. The woman on the phone sounded mad that I would even ask questions like that, and asked if I was planning to come to my appointment at 7:50. I told her that I had an appointment for 8:50 am. She was obviously frustrated, and told me I was wrong. I expained thay I was 45 minutes away, and could not make a 7:50 appointment. She told me she was busy and I would have to wait on hold. After 10-15 minutes on hold, she asked me for my phone number, and told me that someone would call later to go over my x-rays with me. I tried to ask about my appointment later, but she hung up on me.

Later on I received a voicemail from the doctor explaing that the x-rays were clean, and to call back if I had any questions.

I was told by my employer that I still needed a work release form, so I called back to see if I could get one. I believe it was the same woman from the morning. She was frustrated with me from the beginning of this conversation. She told me that I had to be seen by a doctor to get a work release. I start a new job next week, so I have very limited flexibility. She was unsympathetic and told me that I would have to come in at 7:30 am in hopes of being seen fast enough to get to my job at 8:00 am, which is 12 minutes away from their office.

In november of last year i recieved an FAA medical exam. I was told by dr Thrasher the office would continue to help untill everything was accepted. Its been 4 months and i get blown off i do not know the status of my medical i am unable to reach anyone with the faa and the office ladies offer no assistance in what i can do. Now i know why this was the cheapest place in town they give zero effort or concern. I am dissapointed i chose this place for my medical exam
