I have the best physical therapist named Emily! She is so kind, funny, and great at what she does. I'd easily call her a friend even. Definitely helps me with my strength and building me up to get back to where I once was before radiation.

I think the company is great, but they do have a nurse that doesn't care about the patients at all. If the nurse that was taking care of my mom was removed, then I'd probably have rated higher. Please take more time when hiring nurses, just because they interview well and seem nice when they are applying for the job, doesn't mean they are the best choice!

My mom had back surgery. Then she started having bad pains in her back. She notified the nurse,and she never showed up. So off to the hospital she went. She had an infection. Now that's she's home,she gets a call, one of her home health people tested positive for covid. You mean,these people,who go into people's homes,all day Everyday aren't required to be vaccinated? S m h. Mad...

They are caring for my son. NOT IMPRESSED. As a retired nurse, I expected better punctuality. RARELY here at the "time frame" she gives. WHY do we have to schedule around her I thought it was supposed to be the other way around. Waiting half a day for her to decide to show up, is not very good, nor professional on her part....

The aides and nurses seem very dedicated. However, they seldom come when they say they are going to. Apparently, it takes a week or so to get what they tell you will happen in their schedule.
