All of the staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Spring Hill has gotten extremely crowded lately so no matter where you go there will be a long wait time. However the staff and ladies up front made my wait very entertaining. Great conversation professional and kind. This will be my new Urgent Care for myself and family. Thank you to all who helped me on 1/29/25 I will be back for certain.

The staff at this clinic was so efficient. The person working in the front reception area, the nurse who obtained my history and checked my vital signs, and the provider who managed my health concerns, were all so kind and receptive. They were professional and caring. They answered my questions and were very helpful. I am very pleased with the care and happy I went there. This Suncoast Urgent Care will be my ‘Go-To’ clinic in the future.

I applaud the staff. I was there today and seen some patients be so nasty to the girls at the front. Clearly when you walk in you can tell they were busy. Some people must not work in customer service or have any compassion.. kudos to the front and back staff for being respectful and efficient considering the circumstances.

This place is not a safe choice of an urgent care. The office took them 40 minutes to tell me they can’t see me and I was running a 104 fever before going in for reference I have epilepsy and I need to be seen. I am five months away from being 18 and my parents provided vocal consent of care I showed them my insurance card with my father’s name and provided both parent credentials. They have put my life in danger and simply told me to go to the to the emergency room. The lady at the front desk was sweet and the nurse that spoke to me had no compassion for my situation and was being horrible to me.

Absolutely horrible. Went in for a drug screening, knowing I would have to wait a little but. Was told 30-45 minute wait, there were 5 people ahead of me. 2.5 hours later I'm finally called in. When I asked the nurse why it took so long, she was very rude, shoved the clipboard at me, and told me to do it myself. When I was in the bathroom for the urine test, I could hear the nurse complaining about me.
First, teach your staff how to accurately estimate wait times. There's a big difference between 30 mins and 2.5 hours. Second, teach your nurses to not be rude to patients who have been waiting 5 times longer than they were told, and have had a full bladder the whole time.

I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. Sat in the waiting room for over three hours and was continually told I was next in line, only to have five other people called ahead of me. I have never been to such a poorly ran clinic in my life. I strongly recommend to save your money and go see by a higher quality clinic that knows how to be efficient with high volume patients.

The ladies at the front desk and the guy that did the procedure for me were all awesome and very nice and professional. It's a busy area of town so you might end up having to wait but if you've got to wait might as well wait around good people.
