I felt as if the wait is unacceptable. There should not be more than a 15 minute wait for your appointment. The communication can improve. The doctor spent most of his time with his back to me. I feel as if these visits should be more face to face. Patients should feel comfortable that they are getting consistent care from their provider. I have seen 5 providers in 4 years. I gave this review 4 stars because I feel as though the service is improving.

I highly recommend Suncoast Premier Medical. The Medical Practice’s Staff is extremely professional, compassionate and willing to help us accommodate appointments within our busy schedules; and Dr. Fajardo is a Dedicated Knowledgeable Physician, who takes the time to clearly explain procedures and treatment plans. The plus is the testing lab on site. I am so happy that I have found this facility. 🌿

My initial appointment was cancelled as a nurse practitioner had not renewed her contract. They tried to push my appointment into 2025. I refused so I was given an appointment at a different location.

I tried to contact the doctor prior to the appointment but gave up after 40 minutes battling endless phone options that let to nowhere.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I asked for an update when I was still waiting to see the doctor one hour after my appointment time. It then became apparent that myself and another patient had been given exactly the same appointment time, and the other gent was still ahead of me in the queue.

I finally saw the doctor over 90 minutes after my appointment time. The doctor was fine, but the service by phone and in the surgery was a joke.

It took me over 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment with the doctor.

The worst experience I have ever had with appointment. Customer service is terrible. They hardly ever speak English, can't provide even information. Very rude. we were with this office for an year didn't get any treatments and today we had even the worst situation as couldn't get even the result. If you want to get good service and if you need help with your health issue don't get to this place as here, you will not get any. And if you want to see real rudeness this place exactly like this.
