After nearly 40 years as a Health Care Professional working with numerous clinic's and front office staff I have NEVER experienced such rudeness and lack of any empathy toward a patient in my entire career in Health care. I would not recommend choosing this doctor simply for the lack of professional conduct her front desk staff seems to lack.

She's been a " primary doctor" for my mother whom survived cancer of 1.5 years.

1. She interrupts constantly.
2. She doesn't listen to our concerns. Because she interrupts.
3. She stated she's "not going to treat my mother as as child but as an adult". Which my mother could be suffering from dementia.
4. I've personally been on call for a few checknuos with my mlm. And then a recent in office visit. She dismisses any concerns and focuses on the technical side of patient information.
5. I've asked for a Senior Health Evaluation because of my mom's cognitive state and diminishing condition. She gives no support. I've done the research as to what I need to do and she interrupts and then says that's what I should do.
6. She talks so fast and qyick. I have a hard time keeping up with her at times. I have to interject her to make my point for my mom's sake.

Terrible service. (She is on vacation often and it's ridiculous).

Edit: Her attitude slowly devolved into one of impatience, disinterest, and near disdain. I even spoke to her about this. She said that her "schedule was too tight," and thanked me for the heads up. Nothing changed. Three more visits, and I became a former patient. I worked in hospitals for years. A manager once told us, "If you can't smile, stay home." There is more than a smile missing at the Suncoast office.

She's the best ever. I've been her patient for about 8 years. She is kind, brilliant, and will tell you the WHY as well as the WHAT. She has always been available when I needed an appointment. The office is very cordial and efficient, and will get you in ASAP when you need to see her. One of her best qualities are her ability to share her vast knowledge. Another is that she will spend as much time with you as you need. And you don't have to pay for parking.

Communication for this office is unsatisfactory. I feel like this office does not disclose what they will charge your insurance for, and what charges the patient may potentially incur. I have discussed my concerns regarding a bill I received, and am waiting on a response from Dr. Judy, which the office staff said is at her discretion to respond. I will update my review after speaking with her, if she calls me back.

Terrible service office workers are rude and incomplete. The doctor is like never there she either on vacation or going to school and doesn't even communicate with you. I highly recommend that you find a different doctor. Her and the office people I rate them a big fat ZERO

Dr. Huynh is an amazing doctor. All my immediate and extended family go to her. She is knowledgeable and professional. We're lucky to have her in the Orange County community.

I have been going to Dr Judy for my health needs, for several y years now.
Never would I have imagined that in these times of COVID-19, and due to my being a higher risk, I would not want to go out for an office visit!
Her office staff is very well prepared to help you set up and “Meet” with Dr Judy on the Internet, and she’s right there in front of you to answer your questions. I am so grateful!

Dr. Judy Huynh is a wonderful Primary Care Physician and works to keep her patients (like me) healthy through a combination of lifestyle adjustments and medications. I highly recommend her.
