I took my father to doctor Goldstein for a thyroid issue and excessive congestion. This doctor is one of the worst physicians I’ve ever come into contact with. This man will sit there and interrogate you worse than the FBI and when you give answers to his questions he will raise his voice, get angry and insist you’re wrong until you come up with an answer that is acceptable to him. My father has a severe allergy to many drugs that cause him to develop a rare condition called Steven Johnson Syndrome. We told Dr, Goldstein that the first drug he recommended we cannot accept because my father cannot take it. He gave aggressive pushback asking why, and when informed he downplayed the reaction and said that we should try it anyway. We declined and requested another alternate drug. He prescribed a second drug, but upon arriving home we checked and cannot accept that one either. I called and spoke to his nurse requesting further guidance and recommendation of another drug. She called back and effectively in a round about way informed us that if we are not willing to accept the drugs Dr. Goldstein is trying to prescribe that he cannot further treat us, then referred us to see a gastroenterologist. This man effectively said “I don’t want to deal with this guy so get rid of him.” If I could take away this man’s medical license, I would. You do not write off patients just because you feel like it. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR, he will treat you and your loved ones like absolute trash and then charge you for the time he spent with you. Horrific experience.

Ben Surufka review hits the nail right on the head. I had Dr.Goldstein and he said the same exact thing to me. I took at Bens review called my primary care office to get me in because I don’t trust this ENT and they couldn’t so I went to urgent care. The doctor said I have a really bad ear infection so I will be contacting my insurance company tomorrow and telling them about this. I have receipts and will be fighting for a refund because you missed diagnosed me. Never come here the doctors always say the same

I now see why dr.dolgin is a 3.7 star instead of 5....like what we all want and hope our doctors be!
I came to see doctor dolgin on a Thursday with a SIMPLE outer ear infection. I am a free diver and am VERY knowledgeable about ear infections seeing as how i have had MANY of them do to my constant swimming. I knew IMMEDIATELY when i could not get the water out of my ear on my own, that i needed the help of an ENT before it turned into a bad infection. On Thursday he said its just clear water pop your ears a few times a day you'll be fine. Tuesday i was back in his office COULD NOT HEAR out of my left ear it was so swollen and leaking green pus. I WAS TOLD AGAIN MY EAR WAS FINE! He then said i have TMJ and grinded my teeth so bad my face and upper jaw was swollen but my ear was fine. WEDNESDAY im in the emergency room with a severe outer ear infection cost me over 500$ my insurance doesn't cover hospital visits... i called and asked the office to pay that due to the TWO misdiagnoses... the manager basically laughed said ya right you never had an ear infection when you cam to this office... this is my story i hope it helps!
I am also a business owner in spring hill.... our shops been here since 1996... A LOT of people come through my business DAILY 99% of my customers are repeat and know me personally and know about my swimming OR and ask me about questions ALL THE TIME about my diving or like why haven't you been at work I've already shared this medical experience with PLENTY of people and will continue to !

Dr Goldstein was the absolute rudest, most disrespectful doctor i have ever had the unfortunate pleasure in meeting. My son was referred to him for a possible tonsillectomy and i am disgusted with how he spoke so distastefully towards me and even in front of my small child. Please if you need a doctor, look elsewhere. This man is not caring or professional in the smallest measure, run far away. Thankfully i found a much better surgeon for him, who can speak with genuine care and have common sense and decency with their patients. He had my son crying and in panic with his horrible bedside manner and would hardly let me speak a word before condescendingly cutting me off. Please i do not recommend.

Highly recommend Dr. Dolgin, and his professional staff. Dr. Dolgin is definitely the best ENT in the business! He and his Nurse Tina are highly attentive to their patients needs. They actually spend the time to listen, and take the time to explain the situation in terms one can understand! Looking forward to using this team for years to come!

The word irritation does not do Justice right now.... I went to this ear nose and throat doctor one time they told me I have a deviated septum which I knew I was prescribed spray which didn't work and I have yet to go back and I just got a bill for $230.

I'm honestly kind of curious why the hell I pay the most I can pay at my job for the best possible insurance I can get I went to these guys.... They told me what I already knew and then charged me $230 I'm sorry why isn't my insurance covering this...

Absolutely horrible office staff. I'd give 0 stars if I could! The doctor we saw was good, but his nurse and office staff have no clue!!! After the first visit the doctor ordered a CT scan. 2 weeks later they wanted to reschedule the appointment because their nurse didn't do her job & get the authorization from our insurance. We ended up having to go to ER to have scan done! After the 2nd visit he ordered a PET scan. 10 days later the same nurse still hasn't done anything & now we have no authorization & can't get scan done before seeing oncologist which is going to delay cancer treatment. I also had to call office multiple times to get the correct information faxed to providers. Don't go to this office if you have anything more serious than allergies unless you are willing to spend your time calling & doing their work for them.

Plse do your investigating on this place. Face is swollen...he said he don't see it. Put on your glasses. I will never go back here! Hurt my face where it was swelled most. I think this guy needs to go back to medical school. Big surprise is he said Motrin would not hurt me
..I am a diabetic. What a joke. plse don't waste your time on him.
