Sun Bright Health is a great place for healthcare. The staff is friendly and really knows their stuff. They take the time to listen to your concerns and provide personalized care. The facility is clean and welcoming, making every visit comfortable. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for good health services.

Not recommended for elderly people. If you just came from your country and have Medicaid, that's the place for you. If you are elderly with Medicare & Medicaid, the young girl in the front, that gives appointments, will not follow the appointment schedule that she, herself gives. Why? Personal preferences with patients that comes in. Favoritism. She gave me the appointment for 8am, I got there before, at 7:55am, even before she did, and she ignore me completely. Other younger people walked into front desk, talked to her silently, and she passed them inside. Not only with one, but with many people. And when I got there I was the only patient there, aside from the one inside that was being helped, that finished quick..
My appointment was not for a doctor's visit, was just for two tests.
When I saw that many were passed inside, and me sitting there, with my appointment for 8AM, I went to her after waiting for an hour, and asked her about when I was going to get attended. She said: "You are the next one", and nothing, she ignore me me and passed more people, so one hour later, around 10AM, I went to her again, and told her that I would need to be rescheduled, because I had other 2 appointments for that day, in Kendall and Miami, which I lost one of the other two appointments because of being late due to this incident.
I told her that was very disorganized and messed up, because my appointment was 8AM, and it was 10 AM.
And still, she did not apologized, she did not said to pass you in. What an arrogant young lady, she acts as she has all the authority. Is she the owner of the clinic? Another lady from the back came and grab me and apologized, and said, come in, I'll do the test, which was quick. And the lady from the front kept me waiting there for more than two hours, with no valid reason.
If my appointment was for 8AM, how many other appointments could there have been before me?
She decided to just pretend I was painted in the wall, and passed in, all those people, from her country or city.
That is very disrespectful, here in this country, there is a system of working different than our countries. I'm amazed, to see how this clinic is going to succeed with workers like that girl, implementing the system of work as from her country, ignoring the appointments procedures, skipping others, showing her personal preferences with other people.

I had the pleasure of visiting Sunbright Health Medical Centers recently for an abdominal ultrasound, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. From the very moment I walked in, I felt a genuine sense of warmth and care that made all the difference.

The staff at Sunbright Health Medical Centers truly excel in both kindness and attentiveness. The front desk team greeted me with genuine friendliness and efficiency, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The ultrasound technician who performed my examination was especially remarkable—her expertise was matched only by her distinguished care. She took the time to thoroughly guide me throughout the procedure and patiently addressed all of my questions with clarity and compassion.

The facility is impeccably clean and visually inviting, establishing a serene atmosphere that immediately set me at ease. Every aspect, from the modern, aesthetic design to the comfortable waiting area, highlights the center’s dedication to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

It’s not often that medical visits leave you feeling so cared for and valued, but Sunbright Health Medical Centers managed to do just that. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated with respect and graciousness, and where you can expect a high standard of care in a soothing environment, I wholeheartedly recommend Sunbright Health Medical Centers. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at ease, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding care I received.

La primera vez me la cancelaron. Decidi nunca venir . Pero ahora que estoy embarazada necesito ayuda a aplicar por medicaid. Hise mi appointment online . Llegue a tiempo para que la muchacha me diga que ella cancelo todos sus appointment. Yo nunca recibido ninguna notificación que me cancelaron. No pierdan el tiempo . Literalmente me cancelaron el appointment despues de salir de sus officina . Pónganse pa lo suyo.

I made an appointment ahead of time . I arrived on time. I signed in on the clip board before my appointment time ( atleast 5 minutes before) . The receptionist then proceeded to inform me that she canceled all her appointments for the remainder of the day . I explained to her that she’s incorrect and that i never received a call , text or email of my appointment being cancelled or rescheduled. She said she cant help me . So i ended up leaving . Currently writting this review and one on the app . Then i received an email stating that they cancelled my appointment.

Moral pf the story , don’t waste your time because they dont wanna help and they dont respect their scheduling system that THEY put in place . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
