The staff at Sun Valley are professional. They are always on top of scheduling/reminding me of upcoming appointments. Nika Varin is awesome, she has helped me a lot in the short time I've known her. If you are having second thoughts on whether you should go to SV...just do it, you won't regret it.

Hell no. Trying to charge over $200 for an initial visit when the insurance copay for a specialist is way less than that. Seems like mental health is not a goal here.

I've went here for therapy for years and with all the therapist I saw were very unhelpful. They made it clear it wad nothing more than work for them. Dr. ng is a pill pushing "doctor" who can't be bothered to be on time. Staring at a blank wall would do you a better service than spending the time or money here

First off CHIP and Julio have been top notch with my son and have provided excellent help and service. I understand the unknown number call being for privacy issues, but it can muddy the waters a bit. I would totally have given you all a 5 Star, but I had a problem with billing. I was quoted 300 for the first visit, and 120 dollars for visits after that. After paying the first 300 and 120, I was then charged at the third visit 180 dollars and was told that the visits are 150 and not 120. Bad business to mis-quote people! Otherwise you all would of gotten a thumbs up and 5 stars from me.

Look first off this is not a complaint about the Doctors provided here. (CHIP I have an answer for you)

This is for the billing and front window staff.
You will be charged $50 for any missed visit.
My advice answer all you’re phone calls because they like to use an unknown number.

After refusing to pay an additional $50 for a visit I missed (this happened multiple times)
I told the billing people at the office, “forget it I don’t want to keep coming here having to pay additional fees for missed appointments.

So when I was told I needed to pay additional money the last time I was there for an appointment. I said forget it I don’t want to come to this practice anymore and I left knowing I owed them $100 dollars......

Now they want double that. So how it went from $100 to $200....

I honestly believed they are charging me for two additional appointments I never scheduled.
I never answer blocked calls. (Shady when A health institution calls from a blocked number.)

And if the staff there doesn’t believe me check the video tape from my last real scheduled appointment that I was there. I bet you can see me supprised having to pay another $50 dollars and I refused too then I say forget it I don’t want the services you provide. The lady then tells me I will be charged for the visit anyway which should have brought my total to $100
Why it’s more I couldn’t tell you but maybe their billing deptment can let you know how they tack extra payments on...

I’m posting this So there is extra proof that I do not want to get another bill from you guys. (Do not schedule me another appointment)I have not gone in almost 2 years.

I know I am not the only person this has happened to personally.

Anyway I highly advise anyone seeking treatment. Find somewhere else where the staff actually cares and will work with you and attempt to contact you will billing Discrepancies.

Message to Chip! The reason I never came back Is the front staff and the billing dept.
That was the third and last time I wanted to deal with that situation..

Liliana Siordia-Ramirez was my therapist and at first I was very comfortable with everything, until she made me feel like I was lazy and I was where I was at because of me. But that's not why I'm upset, I stopped going because after each visit she'd have one of my parents go in the office to talk. My mother wasn't happy, especially since she would compare her own children with me and where I should be at but choose not to be and let me stop going after over a year but my father believed what the therapist said, basically that I manipulate those around me, basically taking advantage of people, including my sibling's terminal illness. She ruined the relationship I had with my father. Instead of helping me, she made things worse. I don't hate her, but I do regret seeing her.

Had the worst experience with staff there. Treated patients with disrepect and behaved very improfessional. They refused to see M.H. patients no matter what state they were in they would turn them away if they did not have there co pay. The person that handled billing never did her job. Never billed anyone or sent out statements. Not sure what she did. She also had a horrible attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone, staff does not know how to deal with patients in a professional manner. These staff members know exactly who they are. Rate it a ZERO. Had to mark one or it would not let me post.
