Tidy, friendly, and organized. My personal experiences have all been great. Most recently they were assisting with some referrals and those referrals were sent quickly. Sun Life had a staff member call me to let me know what had been accomplished and what my next steps would be. This was very helpful. 4 stars only bc wait times are sometimes really long either past your appointment time or once you're in a room. I personally take friendly and knowledgeable care over quickness. My son can sometimes be challenging when feeling unwell, we have been met with nothing but patience and grace each visit.
I am really happy with this locations standards of operations and my sons provider specifically as well!

Excellent staff treated my son so very well. He has special needs and everyone that dealt with him was wonderful. He was almost triggered when his picture was being taken and he needed the staff to take it again and she was perfectly accommodating. Measuring his height, weight, and procedures that the nurses handled were all very encouraging and sweet to him. The doctor was wonderful. I can’t say enough good. I’m very glad we chose this office.

1st you send me a text to check in. I go to do it and it won't let me. So the receptionist said I have to use your pad there. So I go put patient in and says can't be found. Again I ask receptionist and she says I have to sign in not the patient. We'll #1 don't send me an app via text if I can't use it. Waste my time. 2nd give instructions that if patient is a minor Responsible Person needs to sign in. Again waste my time. Make it easy and understandable for everyone.

Waited close to an hour for son to be seen and was disappointed in the wait time. Upon requesting to cancel the appointment, I could hear the lady at the front desk being asked more than once if she had checked us in.
The communication was not efficient, ultimately resulting in us needing to leave without being seen.

Appointment was 9:10am, by 10:07am we still hadn’t been seen. Appointments are made for a reason and time management goes both ways; not everyone has time to sit and wait an extended period of time to have a requested service provided. Unfortunately due to this, we will not be returning, as we were first time clients not pleased with what we saw.
We have sought out a different pediatrician.

Sun Life Casa Grande Children’s clinic needs to do better. Your level of service speaks volumes of the way you view your clientele.

Had a great experience at SunLife! Savannah Walker was our provider. She was so patient and kind with my son. I felt heard and validated when discussing prior experiences with other providers outside of Sun Life. Thanks for being awesome!

We love our new provider, Cheryl Robuck! She is amazing with my son and makes me feel comfortable to be able to talk to her and ask any questions. My son was even asking “where’s doctor” after she left the room. It’s a big difference from our last provider.

The front staff needs serious training. They treat you like you are inconvenience, their are rude and impatient. You are forced to use a tablet to check in because they have the front staff making calls to state insurance patients about vaccine appts (I was told this by office management). I have sat on hold for so long numerous times just trying to make an appt or get information on referrals (that our state insurance requires). After waiting on hold calls have dropped or more than likely I have been hung up on and not called back. I have been harassed multiple about our vaccine chooses, and somehow the paperwork and phone records on this topic are always non existent. Also I was flat out lied to with the office prying for information that is not their concern. Saying "we spoke to your husband and he said it was for religious reasons." I do all the dr stuff my husband has literally never spoken to these ladies. When I called out their lie I was meant with her trying to dance around her lie and not an apology. I have filled out refusal docs for all my kids, the youngest twice because they continue to lose docs. Every time I come in (it is just for referrals) they suddenly don't have ALL my children's information in the system and I am forced to fill out 30min of repetitive paperwork. They also ask for income on the paperwork, which I always leave blank because why is that needed? Does my child's care relate directly to what the office assumes the parents can afford? We had an appt at 930 for two of my children, we arrived at 920 and were not seen till 1015. The doctors are the only saving grace. They respect mine and my husband's chooses for our children's health. They listen to the reasons we are requesting a referral and after their assessment agree to write one up. They are always respectful and have good bedside manner with my children. If I am continued to be harassed about the vaccines I will unfortunately be leaving this office and have to drive into the valley for pediatric care.

EDIT: I spoke with Mittzie an office manager and she was very helpful and address my concerns. It is the first time I have felt genuinely heard by the office staff. So hopefully some extra training is done and these issues I have encountered improve.
