I have a really bad phobia of needles and have (until this visit) always fainted during blood draws. The team at Sun Labs were very patient and understanding and helped talk me out of a massive panic attack. They then paid close attention during the blood draw and were able to keep me from fainting. I'm very grateful to them for their care and empathy.

Do not come here under any circumstance. It’s super sketchy. I never had any issues having my blood drawn in my life because I have prominent veins. The site of injection bled so much it soaked through the bandage and through a thick, denim jacket I was wearing. My arm is still sore after 12 hours and despite holding ice on it when I got home, it’s badly bruising and I can see a large puncture wound. I’m praying this doesn’t end up infected.

I came here to get a test and honestly they need people who speak English! It very hard to understand what there saying and they get mad if you don’t understand them not only that but there place is pretty dirty please hire people who speak English clearly it’s unfortunately, that I will not come here again sends this is the closest to my house

Filthy and cramped, one wonders if and how this place is even permitted to operate. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Hostile, slow, and extremely disrespectful people work here, treating their patients as less than human. Do anything to AVOID this facility. Zero stars would be overly charitable.

Do NOT come here! Go somewhere else to get your blood drawn. Seriously. This experience I recently had was horrible. A patient behind me literally had no regard for me. She was intrusive, violated my personal confidential space, privacy, etc. by conducting her affairs simultaneously. I asked her to pls back up so our info does not get confusing or intertwined. She ignored me. Continued to remain in my personal space. I demanded she back up. The staff was super unprofessional, and did not intervene, and if they did communicate to that patient it was not in a way in which I understood due to the language barrier. The entire waiting room was there to witness, and also hear the medical procedures that I need and recommend by my MD. No confidentiality at all. No HIPPA compliant standards upheld. This place is like a hamburger stand to be honest. They don’t accept credit card payments, cash only. I DO NOT recommend using this service. I do not find this place to culturally sensitive. Find another lab service for your medical needs.

If you MUST come here, arrive at 7:40 wait at the door, there WILL be a long line.... terrible service, takes so long to be seen, staff DEMANDED paperwork for me to get blood drawn even though they take walk- ins. On the bright side, they were able to draw my blood without digging the needle around. Dirty walls and floors, tons of mosquitoes around. Worst of all? They touch their phone with their gloves, then clean my skin with alcohol but keep the contaminated gloves on while finding my vein and, drawing my blood. 🤮

Overall the service rendered was satisfactory. Although, if I could give 0 stars for cleaness I would definitely do so. Not only is it a small waiting office (7 chairs) but also very dirty. Especially it being a lab, cleaness has to be their #1 priority and there were spiderwebs and 2 dead roaches.
