I’ve been coming here 5 years and they were great at first. Over the past year they have gotten worse and don’t seem to care. Not to mention every appointment is 3+ hours no matter what its for. Last time it took over 2 hrs to even be seen.

One of the best offices we’ve been to in my 11 years of motherhood. They’re all so patient & kind to my babies & myself ! Appointments are available asap usually same day within the hour :)) I forget the nurses name but she’s amazing with kids, she unfortunately always has to stick one of my babies & they hardly ever cry with her, she’s amazing!

I can agree with most of these reviews. The way some of them seem like they don’t really care (especially one of the receptionists in particular) whenever they choose to answer the phone they put you on hold immediately. You don’t have the chance to say anything until they take you off of hold at times leaving you on hold for at least 15 mins or longer. Just depends on who answers the phone first. One receptionist is always kind and nice when you’re trying to set up another appointment for your child to come back in (which half the time it seems like is never put into the system) but I feel like there’s a couple there that just doesn’t really care but to collect a paycheck. So what’s the point of having (I would say) at least 80% of the staff there that don’t care or look at you funny when you’re there for your child’s needs or even hanging up the phone on you when either your trying to get your child’s medications refilled or when you’re calling to check in for your appointment? Which at times I have sat there for a good couple of hours in my car just waiting for a callback to get a room assigned to get my child seen. Even when we arrived early for our appointment. Overall this place needs new staff that actually cares about their patients and parents alike.

This place is run so poorly. The wait times are terribly long. Even with a scheduled appointment, you’re here about 2 hours. There is a lack of communication between the staff, nurses, and doctors. They have sent my kid’s medicine to wrong pharmacies. Their new patient in-take is terrible. They don’t enter you into the system until their first appointment, so you’re sitting waiting for administrative duties to be done instead of being seen. And because they have paper medical records, there are clerical issues. Find a different facility and one with electronic medical records and a patient portal.

They took such wonderful care of my little grandson today. I called this morning, and he was seen as a work in. When I phoned to let them know that we had arrived, they took us right on back. He was diagnosed with a double ear infection, and was prescribed an antibiotic. The visit was fairly quick and thorough, and everyone there was courteous.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff! Not only are they excellent health care providers, they truly care about my kiddos! Everyone is always friendly and helpful, and the docs/nurse practitioners take time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.

They take wonderful care of my children! Are always quick and helpful. We never have to wait long to be seen and always are treated very kindly. I would recommend this office to anybody.
