I accompanied my Grandmother through the ER to being admitted into a room in the hospital. EVERYONE, ALL STAFF, from the people at the front, to the nurses upstairs. As we were being admitted into a very busy ER (which continued to get busy), they got us in and triaged in a very timely manner, and got my Grandma back to a room and comfortable, as quickly as possible, to after being admitted into a bed in the hospital was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Everyone was so kind and caring and patient with us. I was going to be staying overnight and when I had gone back to my Grandma’s house to get clothes for the night I came back to a bed made up for me for the evening!! I have been in a lot of hospitals myself and have accompanied many people and have NEVER been treated as well as I have at the stay here!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH EACH and EVERY ONE of you has been so incredibly AMAZING And EXTRAORDINARY!!! I will NEVER forget what you have done for me, my Grandma, and my family!! In this very difficult time you were all there for us and made it bearable!!! Keep up the EXTRAORDINARY work!!! YOU ALL MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLE’S LIVES!!! If you didn’t know it before I hope you know it now!! ESPECIALLY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!! THANK YOU ALL AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!

I found myself in Summit Emergency Room after a fall and I received the absolute best care. All the staff were friendly and professional but I have to give a special shout out to my two RN's, Marla and Sarah, and my PA, Sara. They made sure I was comfortable and took care of all my needs in a quick and efficient manner.

I completed treatment in the wound
Clinic in November 2024 I’m motorcycle accident survivor. I’ve had treatment at two other wound clinics. The clinic at Summitt was the best. The nurses were gentle and compassionate. Dr Wright was professional in his approach and gentle when debriding my wound.

Only use this hospital if you can't make it to the valley. I wasn't feeling well after drinking some bad tasting water at my daughters boyfriends house that was given to me and went in for a blood poison test. I explained to them i only wanted the blood drawn and without my consent they quickly injected a "saline" flush in my arm and made the red head ER nurse Brandy stop halfway through it. They used a diversion tactic to inject the flush by distracting me with 2 long COVID swabs and an EKG machine. My arm had a severe bruise later that day. Since this event, I now experience twitching and shooting pains in my toes and calf muscles, brain fog, losing weight, red lines in my arms and legs, not to mention other issues ever since getting the so-called 'saline' flush. I've read on various web resources, there is a likely possibility the new saline flushes contain nefarious ingredients (nanotech, pfa's, metals) in some of the saline samples that are used for population reduction purposes. We also have been told from a nurse friend that they are now using a 'powder' form of saline at a very coincidental time during the rollout of Covid. You can also look up on the web "Sodium Chloride Injection side effects" and would defiantly let your friends and family to avoid this so-called "saline flush" injection at all costs.

I was given a hands on visual of what I am going though and what to expect for the future. I was very satisfied from check in to check out. Dr. Ellsworth my original surgeon, called after 6:00 PM to make sure I was at the healing to level that his assistant had reported. this was the best experience I have had to endure.

13 days ago I dropped off orders for imaging. I was told that someone would call to schedule but it never happened. I called only to find out they couldn't find the orders, but they would call me when they figured it out, but it never happened. A few days later I called again to learn the orders had been scanned but never entered into my chart and they needed to talk to the ordering physician because they didn't like one of the orders. Again I was told they would call me to schedule, but it never happened. Today I called to find out the status only to learn that they were sitting on the correct orders, but never bothered to call me to schedule. I was told that they wouldn't be able to schedule my imaging tests for another week. If you like wasting weeks of your time trying to get orders scheduled, by all means call Summit Healthcare in Show Low.

I took my friend there about midnight two nights in a row. We were practically the only ones there waiting. Got her back in the back quickly enough. But still was there a few hours each time. In both occasions, the hospital did not have the right person on duty at the time and my friend had to wait for someone the hospital had to call to come in and help my friend. That took two to three hours for that person to show uo and perform what they needed to do to my friend. One of the tests was an ultra sound. The other was lab work. Both times was a lengthy wait for all of us. So be prepared to wait a few hours on your visit even if no one else is waiting in the waiting room.
