My grandfather was in Summerfield Health Care Center's care for about 3 weeks after suffering a moderate fall. He was always met with kindness, patience, courtesy, and respect by all of the staff members. They did a wonderful job communicating all aspects of his care and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. The facility was always super clean and my grandfather raved about how good the food was- he even gained a little weight during his stay, which was a good thing for him. We can't say enough good things or thank the staff enough for taking such great care of him! Would definitely recommend this facility above all others.

Overall a positive experience. There was some minor issues with missed debris in my father's room, but once it was brought to their attention it was addressed quickly. They were attentive and friendly to my dad. Some issues with wound care being neglected, but again when brought to their attention addressed right away. We visited every day and were strong advocates for his care.

Wonderful Physical Therapy, I'm making progress after a very painful and debilitating back injury left me unable to walk. Staff are great, very supportive, friendly, helpful; one can tell that the employees are proud to work here. The food is outstanding! Delicious and nutritious.

They were great with my boyfriend they got him better than he was and they were all so nice and very helpful and I'm glad he went there and also I love their daily Chronicles they're funny and they're interesting keep it up I love those.

Summerfield skilled nursing home provided my “the best” care for my dad from office personnel, PT,OT and speech therapists, nurses, doctors and CNA. My family and I are very pleased with the care, support, hard work, time, understanding even there’s a language barriers and love that my dad received while he was there for about 3 months (he got out yesterday 😊) all staff are very attentive to every patient. Love it!!! They gave my dad hope to live his life again and for that we’re forever grateful. We would definitely recommend summerfield to people who needs rehabilitation. For sure we chose “The Best” This facility deserves 5 more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summerfield provided me compassionate, professional care on my journey from hospital to home. All staff - clerical personnel, housekeepers, OH and PT therapists, nurses and doctors - were positive and helpful to me. It was obvious they cared.
