I thought I'd give this office a chance as I was told by WellCare that the Dr here spoke Spanish.
Raquel Henderson PA - NOT A DOCTOR should take lessons in human relations. How can you work with people and be as rude as you are?
Dr. De La Llana, this woman is giving your office a horrible reputation. We didn't meet you, so I can't say anything about you Dr.
Won't be going back and will report Raquel Henderson's manners to Medicare and Medicaid alike.
Perhaps YOU Raquel should learn some Spanish, not everyone wants to hear botch translations and a PA who speaks so fast she can hardly catch her breath, then recommend we go see another Dr who speaks Spanish? Then cut the visit short because you didn't like how I responded?
We were TOLD this office had a DOCTOR who spoke Spanish.
You're a provider of bad vibes, rudeness, and disrespect.

Worst Customer Service. I called to schedule an appointment for myself and ny husband and I was told to send a pic of my insurance cards and that I would receive a call back. I waited two days and did not get a call. I decided to call again and was told the same thing and another day has passed and have yet to receive a call back to schedule an appointment. Does this clinic even care about patients? Seriously why would people need to wait for days in order to receive a call back to schedule an appointment? Will never go back

I think this place takes the cake for my worst Dr. appt experience. I just moved here from out of state so I'm not sure if there is just a standard in California but it was pretty rough. I was excited to try out this little whole-in-the-wall clinic, but was disappointed to find that their professional matched their property. The nurse came in and asked me the usual invasive questions and then went out into the nurses desk and discussed all of my issues with the room. I could hear them from my patient's room. Then she came back in and asked me a super invasive question while the door was open and the rest of nurses were listening for my response. When the doctor came in it got much worse. She had some extreme feminist attitude and actually came off as more of a bully than a doctor. Worst experience of my life as far as medical appts go. It seems that California doesn't care about HIPPA Laws or patient hospitality.

Veterans Beware!
I was recommended to go to this place by the VA and it was a traumatic experience. This business doesn't understand patient privacy or follow federal guidelines. They operate this business as if they were in Mexico. Do not expect good healthcare practices. It seems like the female doctor here puts her patients down to feel better about herself.
