The entire experience was awesome for me and my two family members. We did the 1:45 package and it was perfect. We all felt well taken care of and each technician was well in tune with what they needed to focus on. Everyone was very very nice and determined to pamper you. We will definitely be back.

It was my first time here with my mom and sister, and we all received an ok head wash. We all finished at different times when we were each supposed to get 45 mins, and we all went in the same time. I also had an issue with the receptionist lady, she was very rude and did not explain the process or the policies and was getting mad at me for not knowing some of their policies. She had such an attitude with me and was making ugly faces. I had confronted her and told her that her attitude was unappreciated and that next time that she should explain certain things and policies since we were first timers. I was not expecting my first experience to be so hostile. The workers were friendly but definitely not that receptionist. So I would reconsider if wanting to come here.

This was a wonderful experience. The staff was very sweet and professional. I received a 90 minute service which felt amazing (like I said) BUT the table they have you lay on is extremely hard and uncomfortable. When my service was over my back was killing me. It was also very warm and stuffy in the back where services were done at. If the tables and a/c were upgraded it would be perfect

This review is not about the skill or how good technique of technicians. I came to the store on very hot day so I could relax myself with some treatments. I was there on time but it was very busy so they asked me to wait at waiting room. OMG, it was crowded but they didn’t turn on AC, why? They have AC right there, do you know how hot outside? Their service needs to be trained, I tried to another stores, they treated me so good with snacks, waters, AC, etc… when you are on time but have to wait for preparing inside. Please change your mind, there is lots of competitors if you want to survive in this business. Btw, the technique is nothing special, I paid lots of money so I want to get something good back. Hopefully the owner or manager can change their service, that is the first thing when customer wants to see.

Lisa & Kim were amazing! Even as a plus sized girly, I felt super comfortable and enjoyed every minute. With curly hair, I would ask for no blow dry & bring my own leave in conditioner- but that is a personal preference. They do dry your hair with a blow dryer prior to leaving. Excellent experience & can't wait to go back ?

What a lovely morning. My sister and I saw the posts on Instagram and brought our mom for her birthday. A uniquely relaxing experience with a lovely facial, hair scrubbing, and excellent massage. We were totally blissed out and can't wait to come back again!! Thank you

I was skeptical at first because of the reviews. But I was so glad I booked an appointment! It was so relaxing and my face felt sooo soft after the facial. I will forsure be returning here!
I do recommend to book earlier in the day. We came at 11am and we were the first few receiving the treatment. But as soon as we left it was so full, and I can tell they were trying to pick up the pace to get thru all the people. So I def recommend booking a appt when they open.

Made appts for me and a friend using Insta DM and text. The service we received was great! And we will definitely be back.
I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because about an hour close to our appt, we were asked to come 30 min later which then changed our service options due to our time. Not their fault because they lost electricity so they were doing their best. But had we been able to keep our original appt time, we would’ve asked for a higher package and I’m sure that would’ve been 5 stars.
