Horrible service, Sent in incomplete order, Was told to go to Amazon and get the parts myself, Hang up on you, Don’t return phone calls, voicemail put you into circles, someone answered the phone on Saturday but was of no help, No one returned my phone calls, They don’t care if they put you at risk these are life-saving equipment. They obviously are not committed to what service they provide or how they impact peoples lives. The LACK of compassion and empathy is astonishing.
I will make sure my insurance company stops using them. Several weeks later they now won’t provide information to return their dirty used equipment!!!!!!!!!

I was suppose to start receiving services from Stymco for my son’s feeding tube supplies this month. Customer service is awful! The supplies were suppose to come on the first of this month. I have called serval times trying to find out when the supplies would be shipped, only to get told the same crap multiple times, a tracking# would be sent to my email address. I still have not revived any info about the supplies, left several messages for supervisors, who have not called me back. I had to purchase some of the supplies myself, until my insurance company can find another supplier for the supplies. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General office, Dept of Health and Human Services.

We were forced to switch to stymco for my husband’s enteral supplies. They never called to verify the order and shipped the wrong feeding tubes and adapters. I called to get the issue corrected and was on hold for over 30 minutes for the 3 minute wait time the automated system kept saying was the wait time. I spoke to Anna who was rude, dismissive and kept insisting they sent the correct syringes and adapters. She refused to get me a supervisor. Anna claimed she was sending next day the correct supplies with a shipping label to return the incorrect items. She never sent the order and made a note in the account to not ship any supplies. My husband is on hospice and this is only means of getting nutrition. She denied nutrition to a dying man.
This company is HORRIBLE. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THEM. The one star rating is too high!

Sorry that I don't have much positive to say. Stymco sent me a wrong knee brace. They never asked me for my size, randomly sent me a large. I made repeated phone calls and received phony promises about receiving a postage label in the mail to return it and that someone would call me back. Noone ever did! The company needs to listen to their recording while customers wait for a Customer "service" representative. It says the wait time is 3 minutes, but they don't even pick up after 33 minutes of hold time. I don't even know why my insurance contracts with them.

The worst service, do not use this company. My insurance company authorized the delivery of a device, I called and they hung up on me. When I got an answer in the afternoon after calling they told me it was already closed and that they had not processed my order. I waited until Monday and they hung up. A very professional company and its employees.

The best place to get a knee scooter. I was working with Yanixa and she was the best ever to work. Very very helpful. I needed my knee scooter by today and it was delivered today I was so thankful for her and her boss as well. If you ever need a knee scooter go to this place!!!

Great customer care from the representatives at Stymco Medical very polite and knowledgeable. They listened and answered questions, explained the procedure on how supplies would get to me and reached out after I received my shipment make sure I was satisfied.

I called to cancel any future orders as this company keeps sending me the wrong stuff. Ally answered & was extremely rude I asked her for her name 3 times & she completely ignored me & told me not to yell at her & I explained I asked her for her name 3 times & that she just kept talking over me & then hung up on me. How do these incompetent & rude employees keep getting these jobs. This is ridiculous. I will never use them again & will contact my insurance company to let them know how they are treating their customers!!
