I've been going here to address my medical needs over the last year. The front staff for the entrance and primary care services have been professional and friendly in my experience. I've had the pleasure to be helped by David Eisenbise FNP, who has been attentive, warm, and non-judgemental in the several visits I've had with him. I especially appreciate his willingness to answer questions and go into detail regarding the concerns I bring him. The phone operators at their referral office have been kind and helpful, and especially prompt in ensuring that l successfully connect with outside specialists. Overall I'm very happy with the services I've received at ASU Student Health Services.

Don't even bother coming here if it's any kind of emergency. You'll end up waiting upwards of 3 hours even if you need immediate medical attention. You would assume there would be some kind of emergency response system, atleast for serious cases

This is pertaining to specifically the Women’s Health Department. The service here is exceptional. I’ve never had an issue in all the years I’ve visited the Women’s Health section of the facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it seems like they genuinely enjoy helping people. Test results are practically immediate and they are always ready to answer any questions you may have. Every time I have gone whether it be for a check up or something more in depth, I have always felt comfortable and cared for. The location is also super convenient and it’s nice that they offer so many services so you don’t have to travel too far if you live on campus or near campus. Very satisfied.

Dr. Michael of the sports medicine department is the worst doctor I have ever met and the chaperon for the sports department is even worse. He starts throwing sarcasms at you the minute you walk in. Very unprofessional.

I will give them an extra star for the vaccine appointment but other than that, they are not great. I went here for an appointment to make sure my injury wasn’t serious and it was a waste of my time. Doctor Mr. Hopkins was trying to manipulate me to believe that I had an anxiety disorder when I told him I was going through financial stress which is completely normal for college students and he was very judgmental towards my behavior when I mainly came in to see if my physical injury didn’t need serious medical assistance. This place also seems to have little medical knowledge and the front desk were very rude and condescending towards me. I never felt so belittled and disrespected. The vaccine appointment was fine but other than that, I’m never coming here again.
