I have just started my treatment here, and I have been treated with respect and honesty with every doctor I have interacted with. The staff and the buildings in West Phoenix and Scottsdale are beautiful. I showed up really early and they still were able to get me in rather quickly. They provided me with a lot of information about my pain and why I was feeling it still, along with a plan on how to make things better. I look forward to the treatment process moving forward.

My son was referred by his chiropractor due to an accident. We got there a little early and we were greeted by a polite and professional young man. Our appointment was at 4:30 and since we arrived early we were seen by Dr at 4:13pm. The consultation went smooth. The service was great.

One part of the healing process that is just as important to focus on as the pain is the attention given throughout the duration of it. The doctor at STRIDEWELL was absolutely amazing, and his patience, concern, thoroughness along with educating me on ALL that was going on in my body and with my injuries was absolutely amazing !!! Even the assistant that greets you when you come in and prepares you for the Dr was great !!! The lobby is so welcoming, the atmosphere is so serene, the staff is beyond professional and I would recommend this office and team of professionals to everyone that was willing to listen- and for those that choose otherwise, there are so many doctors and specialists, if you have a good one keep them but if you ever have a bad experience, aren’t getting proper treatment or want someone that really cares and will treat you like a priority I urge you to try STRIDEWELL!!!! Went in for an appointment and I saw the nurse practitioner at the Scottsdale location short lady with tattoos. My significant other was with me and one way left our opinions matched I've never been so rushed cut off or made to feel like an inconvenience by somebody getting paid to be there. Immediately upon opening the door not saying hello not introducing yourself with a short rude tone I hear move your drink I need to set my computer down. No hello no hey sorry is there anyway you can move your drink, nothing. Halfway through the discussion asking me symptoms I respond but it's not a yes or no answer so I answer and then elaborate my explanation What happens? I get completely cut off and actually laughed at at one point when I say I had a concussion. I'm sorry you have your degree but it's definitely not an actual doctor your nurse practitioner and you don't have a degree in communications or empathy. You've not done any exams on me you haven't even listened to my actual situation and you want to laugh when I say I had a concussion? I got rear-ended 50 mph at a dead stop then t-boned left unconscious difficulty forming and speaking sentences and every other telltale sign of a concussion. But she didn't want to listen to the rest of the symptoms She wanted to ask her question here yes or no and move on. I was in and out of that appointment in less than 20 minutes for a new patient full exam. This lady needs to go back to school for manners empathy bedside manner for sure or just get a new career because the first words that came out of my mouth walking out said damn she hates her job and that's not the environment that I want to be in. I'm not gonna be left feeling that way by someone that's being compensated to be there.

We got there a little early and we were tended to right away. They are very courteous and very professional. The doctor spoke slowly and efficiently so I could understand him. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for help with headaches or concussions.

Such professional service all over the board. To start their staff to bring you in, onboard you, schedule you, and help you in more ways than you'd expect - they are like family. We go through tough times needing medical help and they make it like heaven. Then you have the high end professionalism of Doctors - they truly truly know their stuff extremely well. We were in a terrible accident and Stridewell got us in to see their PA in 48 hours. My husband, me and my daughter all at one time. They were so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone. I can't say enough good things.
