I waited there with my mom and I would not want anyone to experience what me and her went through. A healthcare jobs should be providing effective and reliable healthcare and they couldn’t do that. Wasted me and my moms time and need better receptionist that doesn’t chat with their friend all day. They need to change workers and ACTUALLY take care of their patients.

Communicating with those who are sitting at the counter is a challenge.
Most of them are rude and inhospitable. Especially those who sit at the dentist's counter. Although the doctor gave you an urgent appointment, they did not give you a schedule.
They just said 'call' these days. When you call them, either they will say they cannot access the dentist department or we will text them. They are extremely partial. Unless you speak Spanish, you don’t get the right treatment. My conclusion is that stride stands for individualism, not for community.
I've been there on and off for ten years, but it's getting more difficult. Someone must take action. It's important to stand up for the community, not just one race.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received on 02/19/2025 from pharmacist Melani and the pharmacy manager at your Peoria location. I arrived at 4:20 p.m. and waited for over an hour before Melani informed me that my medication would not be available that day, despite my repeated explanation that I urgently needed it due to severe ear and head pain. I even offered to wait until 6:00p.m., but she refused to assist me. Shortly after I left, I received a text at 5:46 p.m. stating my prescription was ready. I returned immediately, but despite the notification, Melani dismissed the message and again refused to provide my medication, spending several minutes arguing instead of simply handing it over. When the manager approached, rather than offering a solution, she questioned why I had been sitting while unwell and provided no help, allowing the pharmacy to close without fulfilling my prescription. I also noticed that Melani's badge was partially covered with paper, making it difficult to see her full name. This entire experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic compassion. I expect this matter to be addressed seriously and look forward to hearing how you plan to resolve it.

I've been here for over an hour for a walk in Tb test and flu shot. That's ridiculous to have to wait so long for something that takes a few seconds to do. Walk-in should not take this long at all, now I'm late for work and that's not cool at all. The staff is great but the timing is horrible.

My time there was horrible honestly don’t know how they have such a high rating of 3.5. We waited 5 hours to not even get our test done and they told us it couldn’t be done during the weekends, they should have told us that before we waited 5 hours. The wait is horrible the service is horrible I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL, the experience there was just terrible. We had a walk in and they took people that also had a walk in that came after us before us. It was so irritating and I wasted my time there. They need better workers.

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE! Here’s a list of what to expect. NOT a ONE time occurrence, this place is disorganized and the employees there are lazy about helping customers.
Over 40 min wait time even with an appointment
Absolutely NO help, communication or update from anyone
They tell you to sit there and then say nothing when 35 plus mins go by and new people come in after you.
Even when I left no one showed an ounce of care towards my situation.
DO NOT USE THE PEORIA location y’all, if you got things to do that day especially.

Horrible service! You get there on time and still have to wait 20-25 minutes to check in with receptionist! And when you do check in they tell you you’re late to your appointment.

This hospital wasted my times always we made appointment few months prior but when we came to our apartment we waited more than an hour, it's so dirty there no management, rude and inexperienced staff I'll never come to this hospital
