The location is very nice. Emily, whom was trained in sports medicine, explained all the muscle groups we were targeting and did a wonderful job stretching me. I didn’t expect to feel noticeably better after only 30 minutes. She gave me tips on ways to help my neck at home and how to run for when I go running on my own time. They all seem to truly care here and are very friendly.
