I booked an appt online , called to see what my co payment was they said they couldn’t tell me how much until I got there. Which is weird after I scanned all my documents in . I got there just for them to tell me they couldn’t see me because their system was as down . If hadn’t just called ! Why not call back and tell me this instead of wasting my time!!! When I already didn't feel good . The staff was unprofessional & very unpleasant . I’ll never go back . Plus the front desk check in person wig was just as ugly as her customer service. 0/10 highly not recommended!!!

Finally someone who cares and listens to their patients. Awesome service. It's nice to pre register and make appointments but not necessarily at all. I don't do many reviews but it's needed in this case. Thank you

The nurse was very friendly and the front desk clerk was nice. Also the nurse practitioner was very helpful and thorough overall my visit was fast , I'm happy I went here.

Thank you so much for the friendly, caring, thorough visit. I'm not one to visit a Dr very often because it takes forever to see the Dr then once the Dr comes in it's very quick leaving me with questions and no one to answer. Dr Celeste made sure I had all questions answered and I felt like she honestly cared. The assistant was friendly as well. The front desk girl couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. Thank you all!

I was very impressed by the exceptional time management skills from all of the staff. The nurse practitioner was a wonderful active listener and extremely knowledgeable. The MA was also efficient and skilled. As a nurse, I know how hard this season can be and I appreciate their attention to detail in such a timely manner. I will be recommending Stopwatch to the community for sure.

DONT DO IT!!! This place is filthy! The staff is unprofessional! The doctor the assistance in the back are unprofessional and dishelved and dirty. I didn't get my blood pressure taken, I did not get my temperature taken. I was asked my weight and my height. I was diagnosed with eczema and it was a certain kind of eczema that only forms on the hands and feet and most likely happens to people that work with cement metals nickel and Cobalt which I do none of! I have nothing on my hands and feet didn't have anything on my hands and feet at the time of the visit it was actually my entire arm inflamed and in pain! The diagnosis sheet that I was given had a series of tests that are used to determine how I was diagnosed with this which included skin scrapings, blood work and things like that which none was done to me. I paid $50 when I have a copay card that pays copays but I paid 50 cash, then I turned around had to pay for my medicine at the pharmacy and what do you know! After taking the medication and being told the topical ointment was going to help me only to find out it was coconut oil and petroleum jelly. Steroids in flames SHINGLES!!!!!
I JUST SPOKE WITH THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE AGAIN TOLD THEM I PAID $50, PAID FOR MEDICINE, TOLD MS EVANS ARE PHYSICIAN EVANS THAT I DO NOT HAVE ECZEMA AT 53, I'M AN EXTREME PAIN, AND THE PHARMACIST TOLD ME THIS IS SHINGLES AFTER 3 DAYS LATER, LONGER SUFFERING! I WAS DISCONNECTED WHILE I WAS ON HOLD AND TOLD THAT THEY'LL BE RIGHT WITH ME AND CALLED BACK AND AFTER CALLING BACK THE LADY THAT DISCONNECTED ME TOLD ME CAN I REMIND HER WHO I AM AND AS SOON AS I REMINDED HER WITHOUT SAYING A NAME SHE SAID YES SHE SPOKE WITH THE DOCTOR AND THE DOCTOR SAID THE CONDITION THAT SHE DIAGNOSED ME WITH ACTUALLY CAUSED THE SHINGLES!! AND I TOLD HER NO THE SHINGLES THAT I CAME TO HER FOR WAS TRIGGERED AND INFLAMED TO A WORSE STATE BECAUSE OF THE MEDICINE SHE GAVE ME FOR THE WRONG DIAGNOSIS AND THEN I WAS INFORMED THAT NO THEY CANNOT CALL IN ANY MEDICATION FOR MY CONDITION UNLESS I WANT TO BE SEEN AGAIN! DO YOU REALLY THINK I WOULD COME INTO YOUR CLINIC THAT WAS FILTHY AND HAD SIGNS ALL OVER SAYING THAT YOU CAN GET SICK AND YOU'RE WAITING ROOM AND BATHROOM? TO NOT BE TOUCHED, LOOKED AT WHEN THE PHYSICIAN KNEW I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE I HAVE CANCER I HAVE SEVERAL OTHER THINGS GOING ON WITH ME AND NONE OF THOSE THINGS WERE LOOKED INTO OR ASKED ABOUT I WAS GIVING A PIECE OF PAPER IN REFERENCE TO SOMETHING I HAVE NOT EVER HAD NOR DO I HAVE NOW MEDICATION THAT AGGRAVATES ARRHYTHMIA AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE WHICH WAS ON THE PAPERWORK THAT I DO HAVE, AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO PAY TO COME SEE YOU AGAIN SO YOU CAN EXPERIMENT WITH ME BECAUSE MY ECZEMA TRIGGERED MY SHINGLES AND I'VE NEVER HAD EITHER ONE OF THESE IN MY LIFE! PLEASE, AVOID STOPWATCH OR YOU MAY END UP WITH YOUR WATCH STOPPED!!!

My knee has been in bad shape! Even tho I don’t have insurance I was able to be seen and taken care of! I enjoyed the staff and how they took care of me. From the front desk to the provider, it was excellent! I highly recommend this place!

I've been to this urgent care a few different times now and a few of those times I had covid and giving an steriod shot at my request which actually helped but this last I was a s denied even tho it was in file from previous times. So I spent $140 for my neck to checked for swelling and temp to be taken. This is the definition of rush care, quick to get you in quick to get you out.
