After being a client here for a few months I am not a fan. I'm sure the providers are good people but the clinic is terribly managed. It's literally impossible to get a human being on the telephone and leaving a message is pointless because rarely does anyone call you back. Then if you go into the clinic to talk to someone they make you sit and wait until you just get frustrated and leave. I've never been here when I was called back within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Maybe it's management. Maybe it's public health and they are understaffed. Maybe it's the fact that nobody has a clue that this is a business that serves customers and therefore they should have a sense of urgency and exhibit good customer service. In any event today will be my last visit.

Making an appointment is like pulling teeth! Expect to navigate a tedious outgoing message only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes+ without no ability to contact anyone at the clinic. It's unclear whether they are understaffed OR the telephone system leaves a lot to be desired.

If you can't make it in the door the quality of the healthcare (which is good depending on you provider), is irrelevant.

Very good care team. Highly recommended.
If you're looking for quality of care, this is the place.
Physician, Lab, Pharmacy all in one building.

If you're in a rush, and you do not have an appt, this might not be your go to. This is not an urgent care.

This is the worst facility in the world! People go hear from medical treatment that they're transgender to get medical treatment but yet they're always discouraged for going into the place because he'll everybody in the place discriminates against everyone that goes in there that's transgender really makes it hard for a person to go into a facility that takes 45 hours to answer the phone they do nothing there they have nothing they have no clients there and chapter 13 in this got bailed out by desert AIDS project how there's nobody but volunteers over at Ted's AIDS project to talk to anybody to get anything done then you have a supervisor over here that gives you a phone number to get in contact with her but yet she never answers the phone when you call over there to have any medication it takes days for it and if you call over there to ask for any type of medication you'll never get a phone call back just makes no sense that this company is this lousy right here in Riverside county and it explains it the reason it's so lousy this is the most corrupted and the most dishonest organization in the State of California

Henry is the best!
The office staff is helpful and efficient.
The clinic is small and welcoming. With the pharmacy right next door it doesn't get much more convenient.
I don't like medical appointments but I never have the usual feeling of dread about Stonewall. The community is very fortunate to have this valuable team of physicians and medical professionals!

The facility is really quite nice and the providers & staff are always helpfull and friendly to me. I absolutely love the pharmacy, they always are stocked with my medication (unlike the big chain pharmacies) and the staff is friendly and informative. I hope that DAP does not ruin this facility now that they are purchasing Borrego

Ignore that review from Bobby!! He is so wrong. This place rocks! The staff rocks, they ALWAYS answer the phones there, you have to wait maybe 5 mins if that until you are called in, the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and caring and helpful, the pharmacy and the pharmacy staff are the best I've ever experienced. They never forget your name and they always say hello to you. Way way above 5 stars with customer service! So Bobby you must be giving off some negative energy or something and getting it back cause it's a completely opposite experience for me. And Henry, you rock my world!

It's basically impossible to get anyone on the phone here to do anything. Wanna schedule an appt? Good luck. Wanna see a doctor? Good luck. The pharmacy is good but the rest of this place is such a disorganized mess that accessing care feels like an insurmountable task.
