Very friendly staff and Dr- but I had to have a cavity crowned shortly after it was done by Dr Hayden by a more experienced dentist. Apparently Dr Hayden missed an old crack in the tooth (or didn’t know to crown it) and the work and expense on the tooth was for naught. Also he mistook which teeth needed sanding between two fillings after viewing the X-ray and even I was able to see which spot was correct by glancing at the X-ray after he left. And when removing an old silver filling, I had to request a barrier to keep the mercury material from entering my throat and bloodstream which I think should be standard practice. And lastly, despite the friendly hygienists, my two cleanings here didn’t make my teeth feel or look very clean like is typical for me at other dentists.

I have had the same insurance my entire life that covers free cleanings, X-rays and fluoride treatments. I’ve never even had a single cavity so I have never had to pay out of pocket for any services. When I left today I was called when I was half way home and told I owed $30 but when I balked at that and asked to cancel my next appointment the receptionist told me the office manager could probably fix it so I don’t have to pay. The office manager said I actually owe $144….for services I did not know they were doing that are deemed extra. So not telling a client what you’re doing and that it will cost extra is one thing but then giving two vastly different totals is pretty wild. The receptionist and one of the techs were lovely but the office manager and dentist are both arrogant and really should not be working with the public in any form.

I’m a new patient at this dentistry, and I’ve had the best experience with them. The professionalism, attitude and overall service has been nothing but the best! Elvin at the front desk has been very helpful, accommodating and patient with my needs. Dr. Kim, and his assistant Maritza has been so wonderful, the best cleaning I have ever experienced in my life. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all. They are very thorough, understanding and kind. I’m so glad I found this dentistry!

I cant recall another dental visit that was so pleasant. Maritza is an excellent dental hygienist (thorough, patient and gentle) and Dr Helmer was experienced, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about my concerns. The front office staff are relatable, and always greet me with a smile and a genuine conversation. Highly recommend this dental office for anyone that is looking for excellent service and the best smile you can have-

I am a new patient at this dentist office and I can only say nice things about the staff and the doctor. My dental assistant Maritza was amazing. She was nice, thorough and educational about all the things that she was doing to my teeth. being a person who hasn’t visited the dentist in a long time because of anxiety and fear, they definitely made it easy and non-anxiety inducing. I cannot wait to be back here!

I needed a lot of dental work done. For a new patient, Stone creek village dentistry did a outstanding job for me. They brought me in within a few days. Did there assessment of what dential work i needed. Came up with a plan and scheduled that worked for me. All this completed in less then a month. I appreciated that very much. Great job Stone creek dentistry!

I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation enough for Stone Creek Village Dentistry and their team in Monterey. I’ve had extensive dental work done in the office recently and I’ve come to enjoy heading to the dentist! You heard that right, enjoy it! The front office team, especially Elvin are incredibly kind and helpful. Elvin helped navigate complicated insurance claims and called the insurance provider directly to ensure everything worked smoothly. Maritza, one of the wonderful dental assistants, is so professional, gentle and considerate. She made feel extremely comfortable and calmed all my nerves. And finally, Dr. Haidyn is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He has made all of my dental procedures painless, comfortable and even takes time to explain why and what he’s doing. The whole team adds a personal touch to all their work and does it with some humor as well! All in all an exceptional dental office with exceptional people helping you!
