My friend lives in the OC and recommended Steven, which is 45m-1h from where I live but luckily Steven also has televisits. We decided on sessions every other week however I have a weird work schedule but that was never an issue with Steven which I loved. If I had to move a day or cancel this week due to feeling overwhelmed or burnt out, he'd always say no problem, ask which day worked for me and give me another date and time.

Our sessions were very relaxed as well, I felt at ease coming into my session and never felt judged or awkward crying in front of him. I've talked to other therapist and have changed the ones I talked to often and Steven always made me feel so comfortable.

Life happens and I stopped sessions with Steven for a while and when I came back, there was no hard feelings and literally picked up where we left off. I never feel pressured to talk about something I'm not ready to talk about.

I highly recommend Steven.

My first time actually trying therapy and after being ghosted by two doctors I found Steven through google, and the first meeting I instantly felt comfort and support. I have been seeing him for about 7 months now and he has helped me tremendously!!! I am suffering from depression and anxiety from past traumas, Steven has given me the tools to get through the day and is working on a larger therapy plan with me to ultimately get to where I want to be in this complicated world. He is very clean, polite, in the know and patient all things I wanted in a therapist. I defiantly recommend Steven!!

I was reluctant to go to therapy, but am glad that I did. Steven is a great listener, he’s non judgemental, extremely compassionate and was very understanding to my situation. He provided an appropriate amount of professional feedback and gave me tools and skills I’d never dreamed of doing on my own. Most importantly, he showed a lot of empathy and cared about my mental health. I will definitely continue to see him and refer his expertise to others!
