I’m sure Stephanie might be fine but I wouldn’t know because I never got through the front. The directions online were to nowhere and I wasn’t warned once about not following the online directions. After waiting a month for my appointment, and getting a babysitter that I had to pay I was fifteen minutes late to my appt because I went to where my GPS sent me and after searching high and low I finally went into a real estate office to ask and she said “this happens all the time” and had print outs with directions to the real office. Had I gotten to the real office in reference to when I left my house I’d have been about 15 minutes early. So because I was late due to their error, they refused to see me due to them being “overbooked.” And then they wanted me to wait another 20 days for another appointment. Absolutely not! If you can’t even take your time to change the directions on your GPS which many patients rely on, then how welldo you care for your patients? Front office staff was rude and uncaring and had no sympathy whatsoever. Regardless of the good things I may have heard I will let everyone know this place is trash.

I know Stephanie Bixby is kind, but the last visits (physical) was not much of that She just ordered bloods. I'm from up North where I was seeing a PA and I had the full workup. I am mid age and we should be talking about a lot more. She barely said a word to me. Maybe an off day? Then I called about my bloods and there were things that needed to be discussed. They forgot! I said to have them sent to my home, I know how to read my own bloods. I didn't need her nor trust that office any longer. Now I have my bloods and need to call my Cardiologist and another MD. Ugh, an APRN does not have the experience and should not be evaluation patients.

Stephanie Bixby is so friendly and has excellent bedside manner. She always takes time with me during my appointments and I’ve never felt rushed. She is patient in answering questions and her office staff is very responsive over the phone in answering questions.
