This staff along with therapist all need to go back to school or train on how to facilitate ABA. ABA is not about making the kids happy but bringing out the concerns or issues to then replace it with a positive behavior. After a year of back and forth with my child and his therapist and BCBA. Who I barely saw, who barely updated his behavioral plan unless I complained or asked her to be seen or ask to hold a conference to talk. I constantly had talk about how he learns, how he communicates and the things I would like to see. I got no advice no help finding resources for social skills. The first few months with them; I started receiving random bills I paid the first two but then I recieved 4 others that kept increasing each time she emailed me. Once I said something doesn’t add up and called, she said she would look into it and all of sudden they stopped coming. I tired my best to pick aba company based on reviews but later learned majority of these reviews were from staff, friends and probably family when asked to leave a review.

Excellent Facility, wouldn't take my kid anywhere else. Step Forward ABA Staff is very nice to me and my child; they are professional and have clear communication. Very clean facility with constant upkeep, wouldn't think twice when choosing the best therapy for my child.

Step forward is the best and most encouraging ABA therapy company. The therapists there go above and beyond to make sure that the kids are getting the best service possible. The therapists are so caring and dedicated you can clearly tell by their work how high quality they are and what a great deal of knowledge and experience in the ABA therapists field they have. Not only are the clients getting excellent therapy but I see that the employees are also treated very well by the company which makes the environment always extremely pleasant. The clinic is always so clean and inviting as well. Step Forward ABA is fantastic in every aspect and I highly recommend!!!
