I am exceedingly satisfied with the services the Star Smiles Dental office provides on Walerga Road in Antelope. The facility is impeccably clean and welcoming. The receptionist exhibited a friendly demeanor, while the doctor maintained high professionalism. Additionally, the hygienist, Diana, demonstrated exceptional skill; she was gentle and compassionate throughout the cleaning process. 2nd root canal done and an extraction. Amazing experience! I drive 45mins to an hour and it's SO worth it. (I have medi-cal and this is the only place that will perform a root canal with my insurance.) I was made very comfortable and zero pain!

I went to this dentist on 4 occasions. each procedure was fine although I feel like the cleaning were not as through as other dentist( a different person each time was doing the cleaning not a hygienist) my main issue is the billing department. my insurance was billed for a d0150 which is a comprehensive exam when the doctor stood about 4 feet away from me like at my x-rays and peered into my mouth from there and said ok good no fractures and walked away. which I don't think in anyone's opinion is a comprehensive exam. when I inquired about it by calling the office I was transferred to a male and let me tell you they were the rudest person I've ever spoke to in a long time and I work in customer service. they yelled at me and asked me if I was a dentist and how would I know what is correct and what is wrong. were extremely condescending towards me and bbelittling. i was in shock at the end of the call. beware of them falsely billing for procedures make sure you check your eobs from your insurance or your bills to make sure they actually did what they are trying to get paid for.

Absolutley amazing! We vouldnt find anyone to help us last minute with my child in severe pain and they were caring and compassionate. Best dentist is in Sacramento!

This dentist office was so nice and caring. The whole office staff and dentist went above and beyond. It was painless and I was nervous at first but they made it better. We can’t thank this office enough!!!!! Definitely recommend!!!!!!!

Had a gum issues late in the day and am new to the area. This was not even my dentist (mine ignored my calls) but they saw me anyway and even stayed a little late to see me. The staff was so kind and the doctor got me what I needed. They are now getting a new patient due to this experience!

Had a teeth cleaning and have to say that the hygenist Diana was extremely nice. Made sure I was comfortable at all times and was quick and very efficient. Usually don't like the dentist but Diana made the whole thing very relaxing. Hope to have her in my future visits. Thank you Diana.
