Seems like the staff here really don’t know what they are doing. They are constantly messing up on paperwork and sending it to the wrong place. It takes a very long time to be seen by the doctor and when you finally come to your appointment you end up waiting for hours to be seen. Once my appointment was canceled and no one let me know. I was told 20 minutes after I showed up. No apology, no explanation. Just that the doctor was not going to be in that day. Uh…..ok? So why in the world was I not told this sooner? How was I even able to make an appointment on a day that the doctor was not going to be there? What the heck Another time the doctor didn't submit my prescription and I had to go on vacation without my medication. Nice. Between the wait times and the staff constantly messing up on paperwork, it is hard to get anything done here. The ladies who work in the front also sit around and gossip rather than taking care of the patients who are waiting. I can’t even tell you the number of times I had to sit and wait until one of them was finished with their private conversations. I have even heard them say rude things about patients in Spanish. Very unprofessional staff. I would try to avoid coming here if you can. So happy that I am no longer going here.

All the women medical assistant are unprofessional and always gossiping especially the women at the front. Everytime I would go to take my son to his appt. I always get looked up and down and I could her the medical assistant gossiping and laughing as soon as I leave the room with my son. It has been a really bad experience there. The medical assistant seem to make you feel uncomfortable when being there around them, its more like a hang out to them because they are to comfortable there thats why they are slacking. They need new employees they need to get rid of the old and in with the better new the ones that take their job more serious and be professional not just hanging around gossiping at their work place that office. These so-called medical assistants are jokes get new ones!, Ps and Dr. Assistant had to tell the nurse to do her job when she was being lazy and the nurse replyed to the doctor saying to not not judge her. I'm going start looking for a better clinic for my son where I know his health will be better some where more professional. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there.

I been going there since I was a teen now I'm in my 30 and they were always good to me never had any problems with them just left that office cause my daughter I had for years is gone but other wise I would be there still
