Very very very rude people. After 10 years of being patient here each time they are having attitude and answering very rudely and they are not even helping with anything. Beside Dr. Payanes all the other people especially receptionist women are very impatient and rude. Each time we see new people at the front desk and we are hopping they will be better but they are even more rude. It's not acceptable at all they need to leave this job if they wanna be like this rude and useless.

This place is a joke. The over weight doctor telling my daughter she was over weight. They should be leading by example. I refuse to have my kid weighing according to what the world considers average which is skinny and sickly looking. We are Hispanic and meant to be a little thicker. Please don’t tell my kids what they should look like when the doctor is heavy herself.

My daughter and I have been going there for years...They have always been so nice and helpful to us ...Kristine Rebieros is the best doctor we have ever had .. She truly cares for her patients.She Is so good and understanding to me and my daughter we love her... I also saw Dr Brett Farley recently and he was So Nice and caring and helped me a lot. Now My other daughter goes there and she takes her new baby there and they are so good to my other daughter too. We are so Thankful 🙏

The front disk is very rude I was trying to ask the question she was keep saying there is line behind and said the nurse will come out, Now this has no relation with my question she did not allow me to ask my question.
The management must take an action to replace the front disk since they are below 3 star now.

I give no stars. staff here is very rude ive been here multiple times, very bad attitude I was here for my son’s appointment, and I was asking nicely a question and very rudely. The lady responded what I just told her and she told me to wait outside for a number when they was clearly no number. I wouldn’t come here again.

I've been a patient at this hospital for 8 years, and I can't praise it enough. The staff is exceptional, and the doctors are truly awesome. The care and service I've received here have been consistently outstanding. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.
