Dr Grob recently did my carpel tunnel surgery & it was a mess! The most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. I had nothing but issues post op and needed to not only see my PCP because he refused to see me, but I also ended up in the ER with an infected incision site who also said they were aware of his awful reviews and bad reputation there in the hospital! I messaged him on my chart numerous of times were I was instructed to ‘use peroxide twice a day’ when my PCP told me that he was so wrong to tell me that & it was an old practice that does more harm to healthy tissue, than good. He refused to see me until my follow up appt that was scheduled. My husband and him got into it at that appt because of how badly he treated me! And I swear he botched my surgery. He needs to lose his medical license!! Oh, and the front desk woman with short brown hair? We were just at that same office 2 days ago for my son for another doc there…Forget it! She’s super nasty and threw her hands up at me/gave me an attitude when I said I couldn’t make an appt at the time she gave me because I have children I put on the bus in the morning. This office is the absolute worst. Disgusting behavior!

I was a patient of Dr Grob. He performed surgery on my ankle with rods pins and screws my aftercare was a nightmare he took the Staples out too soon. Place the big heavy mechanical boot on my leg. He applied surgical strips to the area where he took the Staples out. Said he'd see me in 2 weeks. When I went back he treated me like an idiot that I should have taken the strips off although my caregiver and I were never instructed to do that. In his office he said to apply peroxide twice a day on the wound. A day and a half later I was in the emergency room with a serious infection. And I was told in the hospital peroxide is the worst thing to apply to a wound. And his nurse gave me a whole bottle to take home.. It ate all the new tissue away and exposed the metal.!!!! And he placed in my chart that they called my home to tell me that he was going to call in an antibiotic. The day after I left his office which I had no idea had been done because nobody called. Now they're refusing to give me another surgeon to take over my care.. this place is terrible. They have completely dropped the ball in my care I do not recommend Dr Grob😡

I just made an appointment for my son with a referral from st. Luke's urgent care. He has a broken finger. An hour later an older lady calls me back and says I can't use the referral I have, that I need one from my primary care doctor. My son doesn't have one right now. So my son can't see this doctor for a broken finger. This place does not care about people and apparently doesn't want people with insurance. It seemed like they wanted me to pay instead of use my insurance. She said they couldn't charge my insurance if I didn't have a referral from my primary doctor. They had a referral from the urgent care doctor. The appointment is now cancelled, and I'm just going to leave a splint on his finger and hope it heals properly. The Bethlehem campus is the one the called me back and cancelled my appointment with lehighton.
