I think in all my customers service i have ever received in my life today was the worst experience ever. Never felt so mistreated at a doctors ever like today. The lack of solutions was even worse. Choose a different office

I had my first baby with this hospital in 2021 and had a decent delivery I guess. They did push induction because I was a week late and then urged me to stay in bed and didn’t give me the option of a wireless baby monitor until I asked for one. It was too late as I was in too much pain. But with my current pregnancy, the staff I spoke to on the phone and the billing department were super rude solely because they had never heard of my insurance. I changed hospitals due to that.

I absolutely love all the doctors at Grand View OB. I delivered my daughter in March of 2023, and Dr. Keene was incredibly patient, calm, and encouraging during my entire delivery. I was very anxious, as my daughter’s heart rate was dropping during the delivery, and she was able to keep me centered and at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience; Dr. Keene was 100 percent what I needed. I truly am at awe that everyone at Grand View is so unbelievably kind and caring- from the women who greet you at the front desk, to the medical assistant who takes you back, to the physician who sees you, all parties are go above and beyond for their patients. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr's are knowledgeable and the office is nice. My reason for lower rating is because one of the Dr's there told me about the loss of my pregnancy by asking when I wanted to schedule my D and C. I wad absolutely devastated and no idea before that. The other Dr's at the practice were much more understanding and kind. Also scheduling made me do 2 separate appointments for issues that could have been resolved in one visit costing me more money. Most of the drs are great but Dr Hamilton is fantastic.

I called my doctor's office last week after taking a home pregnancy test, testing positive, and spotting for several days after. I tried scheduling an appointment on Tuesday morning, but was put through to the nurse's voicemail and was told I would get a call back in four hours. After playing phone tag all day, my husband called and asked to not be put through to the same voicemail. I finally got to speak to a nurse, who questioned why my husband sounded upset and assured me that everything sounded normal, but that she would order a blood test. I miscarried the next morning and went to a different ER, confirming that my hcg levels were too low. I realized that my own doctor would have realized this the day before and I decided to go the next day to finish their second blood test. They didn't attempt to call me until 4:30 on Friday to tell me my results. They don't have to call back. I figured it out myself.

I’m always anxious when meeting a doctor for the first time. But Dr. Hamilton and her staff welcomed me like family. I was immediately comfortable and felt cared for. As we discussed my past and planned for the future, I felt heard, understood, and affirmed. All of my questions were answered with patience and easy to understand explanations. Dr. Hamilton’s office seemed to radiate joy. It was as if I could see their beaming smiles even though everyone was masked. I left feeling reassured and confident in my decision to choose Dr. Hamilton as my new gynecologist. And I was quite impressed by the efficiency and thoughtfulness of her staff.

I just called the Quakertown office and first off, the person who answered, I’m assuming it was a front desk worker, I didn’t catch a name.. she was very understanding, attentive and kind. Then I spoke with a nurse. I believe her name was Rachel? I could be wrong but I hope I’m not because she deserves recognition. She was the kindest nurse I’ve spoken to in a long time. She eased my worries, she made me feel HEARD (and I know a lot of you know what I mean by that), she ordered tests that instant and was just so nice. I’m going to be honest, I cried when I got off the phone because I’ve just been so nervous and she made me feel better.

Jennifer Sparks has always been extremely pleasant and personable. She is one of my favorite doctors to see even if it is only once a year. She did an amazing job with my c- section. She even went above and beyond during my last appointment and took notice to an issue with my thyroid. I also have never had any issues with any of their staff. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Would recommend their office to everyone.
