Dr Pyun is my primary care doctor. She has always been great on getting to know me, my medical needs, and provides the best treatment. Recently she went above and beyond when I had an issue while traveling abroad. Her response and quick treatment was outstanding. I’m so happy with Dr. Pyun!! Every time I see her, I feel she really cares and she wants to genuinely help. Even though that’s the doctor’s job. I never feel rushed or she never cuts our visit short. The staff are very kind and professional. The physician are the best. Dr Cacho is the most attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable physician, my husband stated that he was changing his primary care to Dr Cacho after taking my mom to her appt with Dr Cacho.

It was my first time in the office as a new pt. Everyone was very nice and welcoming including the front staff. Dr. Pyun was excellent. She’s very thorough and does spend time educating as she’s assessing and asking questions. We were referred to this clinic by a friend and are very thankful. Everything was very clean as well. So thankful to have Dr. Cacho! He’s a wonderful doctor - very thorough and also very kind and personable. The staff is also really great - very efficient. Excellent communication through the patient portal. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Cacho and my care at Providence Chino Hills. My only request would be to have the lab they’re affiliated with on site!
