I’ve been seeing Dr. Price for several years and feel we have a great patient doctor rapport. The staff are kind and professional during the testing, and she is always very thorough in her exam, always asking great questions. I really feel she cares about my eye health.

Dr Fay and staff were super friendly and efficient. Dr Fay is extremely thorough with all of his explanations and made sure I understood and agreed with everything. He recommended multifocal lenses, which so far have been a game changer for me. Thank you Dr Fay and staff for a great appointment today!

The people were super friendly and nice. But it was all just to cover the fact that they were taking advantage of me. I picked this eye doctor's office because they accepted my vision insurance and they were close by. I could have purchased these exact same frames for much less money even without insurance. They charged me $173.60 for the frames alone and that is after they applied my $150. insurance credit. I can buy the exact same frames online for $110. at multiple locations (see attached picture). I will be calling them in the morning to cancel my order. I should have known better when the eye doctor tried to sell me on bi-focal glasses for distance when I have 20/20 vision for distance. I'm not one to do Google reviews but they texted me and asked me to do one so I'm being honest. I am very disappointed. The place was clean and elegant but the tactics and pricing are not up to my moral standards.

My daughter had a very traumatic experience with a commercial eye doctor (she’s 6 years old) and knowing she was having to go to a different one gave her very high anxiety. The Doctor (whom owns the practice) and ALL of his wonderful staff was amazing. They practiced patience with my daughter , in which she needed. They saw she was nervous & at a time upset …they made her comfortable. They were all very kind and showed how much they care about the patient as well as their career. I’m a single mother , they saw a need for my daughter and they went above and beyond to meet the need.
The office is absolutely gorgeous, the wait time was not long at all. I would highly recommend SJEA . So grateful for them!

Dr. Fay is great! He is patient and thorough and takes the time to answer any and all questions. My whole family sees him and I wouldn’t change a thing. His staff is wonderful as well!

Highly recommend this practice. The office is clean, high-tech and comfortable. The staff and doctors are friendly and professional, and take a good amount of time with you making sure all concerns are taken care of at each appointment.

Excellent practice. Eye exam is not long but they check for all issues. They were right on with my progressive lenses for my glasses. It's a fabulous place, hands down.
