This place is a disaster, please avoid coming here, they wastes 3 hrs of my time for a simple vaccine, just because of some incompetent reception staff that can't process a single task and kept passing me between pharmacy and clinic. It's a stupid place.

I went to the clinic about a month ago for a physical and my refills.I am still waiting for my results and my refills.they keep giving me a video appointment instead of letting me come in to see them.

I’ve been coming here for my prenatal care since November 2022 and honestly this is the best clinic to come to. Everyone is always very nice and make you feel comfortable. Jessica is the one that always checks my vitals and sets up the room for me and she’s the best!! Melissa sets up my ultrasound appointments and is always ready to help when I call to ask a question. Lorena is also very good and always makes me feel safe and is always ready to address my concerns 🙂 And the people at check in are always nice too overall I recommend this place. And I look forward to coming to my postpartum appointments here.

I've been coming here for years and i have no complaints. I love that they actually have evening appointments. My kids have been seen after 6:30pm. Which is great. They do not miss class time or for me having to leave work early. I have never waited an hour not even 30mins. What is very convenient about this place is that you have medical, dental and psych in the same location. Right next to each other. The doctors are great they have always helped and done more than what they are supposed to. The medical assistants are very cool. They talk to you and make you feel like you are not at the drs office. Which is good if your kids hate coming to see the dr or dentist.
I recommend this place.

This is for the dentist clinic on the back... If I could give less than the stars here I would. I'm going to start with the lack of professional interaction that the receptionist gives. I've brought a family member twice and she is always with an attitude, and it hasn't been at the end of the day to say she is tired of patients (then again if you work at a place like that, you expect a lot of people, expect attitude from the ones that are elderly or are in pain, and if you think everything is going to fly by smoothly then is a sign you should be at another place working) answers in a bad tone, seems she doesn't want to help doesn't really greet patients even if the patient greets her. Aside from the bad worker the clinic has no parking, you have to park outside on the streets, it is even worse on Mondays because of street sweeping. You might get lucky and find parking two or three blocks away from the clinic. The service inside is okay not great, because they don't go beyond expectations, patient is given sheets to get appointments for other services that are not a cleaning, regular check ups. Totally not recommending this place, is a waste of time, along with the other details of it.

Two hour wait . Why make an appointment if you're going to be attended two hours later. This is ridiculous. I saw people get denied for coming 15 minutes late but we come early and we have to wait two hours to see a doctor. The staff is rude. Unprofessional. The location is dirty and theirs an unpleasant odor. Please avoid coming to this location.

This is a great dental office that serves an underprivileged community. The Doctors are professional and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly. The wait time is reasonable. I'm grateful to have found this place and highly recommend to anyone that needs quality service but does not have the means to pay for such.
